Is anyone else amazed at how fast time is flying? Less than four weeks till Valentine's Day! Man I have a ways to go too...

I have had so much going on it's crazy and have not been able to come post often, I have been sneaking a peak when I have a free moment and you all motivate me so much, thanks!

Good news... even though my official weigh in is Wednesday I was 166 today, yay! Let's hope it stays or even goes down!

Good morning/afternoon girls!!


Just trying to spread some good decision making every ones way!! Just trying to get myself motivated to go to the gym. My voice has been in and out for the last now 4 days, so Im drinking some hot tea and just trying to push through it. (I don't think I'm sick, but I just want to make excuses... So I'm going to start picking up the house and get my butt on the move!


Thank you...that is my son! He is the sweetest, most handsome little boy you will ever see! He's got green/gray eyes with blonde hair and olive skin...talk about a ladies man!


Hattie...I hate the way I feel when tom is around the corner. But glad your pushing through it!! I LOVE some peanut butter. Nothing is wrong with a little bit of peanut butter here and there, its a great source of protein, and awesome for a snack, like a spoon full. on the needing to get new pants... That is one of the best feeling and awesome when you really start to see your body changing!!!


Neast....aww... its ok. We all have crap weeks...the great thing is, is that you get to start a new one! Here ya go.. And you never know, you might have thrown your body off track and trick it into losing more weight this week! You can do it!!


urockmom...sucks about the kiddo being sick...I am SO jealous of DH.... But you too, because we haven't got snow 1 time this year....it was really weird, that and I've never been skiing!! i know.

bikiniready...Ya on the lose.

Good Morning Family,

Well this weekend I did um....well just ok. When T.O.M. is here it is soooo difficult to stay focused. Like Neast says: Today is a new day.

I plan to go on the treadmill for a longer amount of time today. I normally do like 30 or 35 but mostly 30, so I will increase it to 40 minutes this week and still use the incline because it really kicks my butt, and makes me sweat.

For those of you that like to eat, I know what you are going through....but get a piece of fruit, and it will fill you up...like an apple. I have been doing that and noticed that it helps me. Honestly I cave when it comes to chocolate. I have been doing really good on that..

Well ladies we have a NEW week ~ WEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee can do it!!!!!

Hi Friends

I have to share... I made myself do the treadmill and then MADE myself go out! It wasn't easy. I am glad that I did. I went to buy a pair of dress pants for work because the ones I have were falling off. They were a size 22. I tried on a pair of 18 and they fit..even a little baggy. I tried on a 16 and even though I could zip and belt them they felt tight so I went with the 18. I also tried on a 14/16 shirt and that fit! OMG! I was shocked! I have mostly 2x shirts. I couldn't believe how much smaller I looked in the mirrors. I haven't tried on any clothes from a store in 5 months and 46 lbs. ago. Even though the scale is crawling ever so slowly, I got to see in a different way how much my body is changing. Now I want to get even smaller and do that again. I am not going to spend a lot of $ right now because I don't want to waste it. I know I am going to do this THIS time!!

Hey ladies 26 more days until we REACH OUR GOALS....and I would like to say this even if we all dont reach 20 pounds and we do 1,2,3,4,5,6,8,7,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19 pounds.....we still did great no matter what!!!!! We all achieved something big little or even small. Then our next step is to create a new challenge, and we all will help each other through the next challenge...

I will be totally honest I am nervous as a heck to step on the scale on February 14th.... LOL

well, after a weekend away, I haven't weighed for 4 days. I'm not sure I want to since I ate out several times. I didn't gorge, but the salt alone can be cruel. We'll see tomorrow morning. Anyway, I missed some good stuff...so congrats to ...
urockmom, hattie and any others I missed for new sizes, new losses and other significant moments!! I CANNOT wait to go to a smaller size. I'm down about 15 pounds and you wouldn't know it from my clothes. They are a bit looser, but not significant. I'm going to do some measurements and see where I am now compared to a month ago. I'll post any news tomorrow...

Hattie.......I Love it!!! You have done so well I am so proud of you!!!!!!!!! I know that must have felt like you won the lottery and guess what...you did The healthy one

Jaya- I am with you sis, only a few more weeks and no matter how it turns out....we are all making the changes nessesary to our success, I am thinking our next challenge should be an Easter challenge, what do you think??

Ms perception- I am sure your measurments will be good, I will be waiting to hear the good results

Good evening to all my 3FC supporters out there!

What a tough, but great weekend. Lots of blowing snow and cold, but did good enough with the atkins plan that I am down to 270. and that weigh in was tonight after a full day at work. I have to admit though, that I did treat myself with a handful of sweettart hearts. OoOpSS! They were tastey. Hit the spot. But.....tomorrow is a new day. Did the Wii fit after work today. Love, love, love the boxing guy. He is tough.

Congrats to all of you on your successes and to those of you that have struggled, it is a new week. Tomorrow is a new day. YOU Can Do IT!!!!

Urockmom-sorry about the sick kid and all that snow. I did direct my friend to 3FC. She was really excited to hear about all of the support that is here.

Hattie-congrats on the new pants. I am sooo jealous.

Good morning ladies! Well, I weighed-in a couple days late, so here's where I'm at...

1-3: n/a
1-10: 186.6
1-20: 184.6

I'm not breaking any speed records, but I am CREEPING closer to my V-day goal of reaching my first 10%. Slow and steady wins the race, right? I did not get much exercise in over the past 5 days since I was at my in-laws again. It's been so dang cold I can't do my outside stuff, so that's annoying, but I am working on my videos and praying a wii fit magically arrives in some local store so I can snatch it up!

Good morning ladies

Just poppin in to say hey. I ate pretty well yesterday, just didn't eat enough...I ended up only having like 2 meals and like 1 snack and totally didn't drink enough water. Goal today:3 meals, 3 snacks, and at least 80oz of water.

Finally started my workout program last night, was the hardest work out I have ever done in my life. I have NEVER left a workout nauseous. My whole body is killing me today...My fingers even hurt. On to day 2, hope I can walk!

Good afternoon ladies. I woke up early and had an intense and invigorating interval workout. It felt so good that I can't wait to do it tomorrow. I have decided not to weigh myself until Valentine's Day. Once a month thereafter.

Oh ladies!
I have had one heck of a morning!! My fifteen year old daughter fell on our steps and broke her ankle She also twisted the other She cried so hard...I felt awful for her. I am staying at my dads house for a few days, as she cant get into my house yet because of the steps being so steep, so I will be online more as his internet is so fast and I can get where I want too alot faster I will not be doing the wii fit, but I will try to do the gazelle here, I will just have to find it He is a bachelor and it is hard to find anything here .
