  • Ok ladies, here is our chance to record our exercise until Valentines Day and to set goals that we can stick with to achieve the success we will have...so here goes! My goal is to workout at least 30 minutes a day 5 times a week.

    1- 45 minutes in the wii fit
    2- 30 minutes on the wii fit
    3- 1 hour and 15 minutes on the wii fit

    5 -10 minute walk
    6- 30 minutes on the wii fit
    7- 50 minutes on the wii fit boxing, step and yoga and hula

    9- 45 minutes on wii fit boxing, yoga and step

    13- 30 minutes of the wii fit
    14- 45 minutes on the wii fit
    15- 1 hour on the wii fit and 30 minutes of walking up and down steps
    16- 1 hour and 40 minutes on the wii fit

    18- 45 minutes on the wii fit
    19- no exercise
    20- none
    21- 10 minute walk
    22- 30 minutes on wii fit

    29- 20 minutes ice scraping
    30- 10 minutes ice scraping off porch and walkway

    My goal will be to do a minimum of 30 min. 6 x a wk... I usually do something everyday. I try and mix up cardio, strength training, and aerobics.

    1/1/09: 30 min Treadmill, resistant bands: 10 min, 12 push ups: 5 min.

    Since the day is not over yet, I will log my exercise later
  • This is perfect for me. I love to record my exercise and see what I have accomplished. My goal is 1500 minutes.

  • Jaya- Yep, just post your exercise everyday and at the end of this challenge I may even add up the participants and the person who exercises the most will get a small prize...how does that sound??
  • I need to keep better track of my exercise, this will help a lot! I think I will keep track per week. My goal: Workout 5-6 days per week for a minimum 1 hour.

    1/1- speed walk for 1 hour
    1/2- 1 hour walk, spin for an hour
    1/3- 1 hour walk, spin for an hour

    (The 1 hour walk before spin is because you have to get a ticket an hour early to reserve a spot in the class, so for that hour I walk and read on the treadmill at 3.5 with a 2.0 incline)

    This will be fun to see what I really do. Very good for the heart!

  • My goal, starting today, is to work out at least 40 minutes every day as soon as I get back to school on the 5th, alternating cardio and cardio and strength training.

    My gym will be deserted, and I've been away from it, so I'm super psyched.

    1/1 - On period. Did not exercise.
    2/1 - On period. Did not exercise.
    3/1 - Last day of period. Light strength training (calves, thighs)
    4/1 - International flight. Will not be exercising.
