Good morning girls! I didn't do any tags last night. I've been slacking BIG TIME!!

Oh - i took a PG test this morning, and it was negative TOM still hasn't shown up, so apparently he's being stubborn! UGH! I'm ok though - definately not as heartbroken as I have been in the past. But I'm going to DEFINATELY use this time to get myself healthier for when it does happen. They say that even a 10% loss of body weight can make a DRAMATIC difference! It's time for me to get to work!!!

Only a week left of the challenge - I have SO many tags to make up it's INSANE!!!! I'm going to start today and not stop working out until Christmas!!!

I have a couple of things that I still need to buy for DH and then I'm DONE.

Ok - I'm off to do the week #3 results! WE NEED TO FINISH STRONG GIRLS!!!

Hey everyone!

I'm still in a slump. Yesterday my TOM was horrid! I'm hoping that it'll lighten up today & tonite I'll be more inclined to get back on my work out schedule.

I got an email from one of my adopted soldiers today. It was so nice to hear from him. Makes me want to send even more!

Today is my last day running my child care from home. Monday I'm back at a center. It's going to take some time getting back into the swing of things. I hope that it doesn't mess with my weight loss. I tend to do that whenever there's a change to my schedule.

Eny - you're looking at the situation is a very positive rational way. You do what you need to to make your body as healthy as possible.

Faux - we'll get back into action together. There's a few of us that have been dragging our feet this week. But at least we're not giving up - we're getting back into the game.

Heather - where in Illinois are you?

Eny - when I got pregnant with my daughter I took a pregnancy test one week and it was negative and then the next week I took one and it was positive......turns out when I took the negative test I was over 2 weeks pregnant but the HCG hormone was too low to be detected so it showed up negative.....you should still eat and everything like you are....and maybe take another test in a week if you still don't get TOM

I've been slacking some this past week for sure, but I haven't been feeling well and TOM was here.He is getting ready to leave so this last week I ought to be able to remove some pounds, I hope. I'm still up 1lb from my lowest which was Saturday.

Congrats on the winners for this week!!

I have to be 165 by the end of this month! That was my original goal, to lose 5 lbs a month until June. I know some months I probably won't lose that much, especially as I get closer to my goal weight so I need to try to make sure I do lose it in the early months.
