It's October, and if you are in the Northern Hemisphere it is going to start to get cool and darker early this month. It will take some determination to stay moving, but here is my plan: this month, I am going to spin (stationary bike)
50 miles.
Please go 50 miles with me by walking, running
swimming
spinning, biking, rebounding (mini trampoline)
or even dancing
If you can normally walk a mile in 20 minutes or 30 minutes, and you swim or dance or bounce for 20 minutes or 30 minutes, you can count that as a mile for the purposes of this challenge. Make your own rules using whatever you think is fair, and that you can keep up with.
We won't come to your house and check to see if you are cheating by dancing or doing aerobic housework
Just put in some miles,
one at a time and join us.
We need the support and will give you ours by
coaching,
cheering you on, or kicking your behind
as needed.
Please post your mileage at least once a week; daily is helpful, but I know that not everybody can post daily.
Those who can post daily are very encouraging for those of us with weak wills who need lots of support. :-)
