    Got my 3 miles in today. I was walking up to 5 miles, but I've been adding some jogging in, trying to build up to all jogging. I think working harder for fewer miles is a better workout for me right now.

  • Thanks RMC.. I plan on going to the gym again this afternoon.. want to try and get at least another 2 to 3 miles in. I have set a goal to lose 4 pounds by next Friday...so that I can finally be in the 230's.

    I am not up to the jogging yet.. but slowly I am working up to it. The fastest I can go is 3.3. I try to add an extra point every week.

  • thanks.. I am really am trying to stay dedicated. Usually I am to tired by time I get off work.. but I try to at least do that 2 to 3 times a week.

  • I'm in! I've done 5 miles so far. This should keep me motivated to walk instead of taking the bus so often!
  • I'm in - did a 2 mile walk away the pounds yesterday and almost 1.5 miles on the treadmill today, I'll count it as 1.25 to be on the safe side. So 3.25/50 so far.

  • Only 1 mile for me today -- I went to see Josh Hoge in concert tonight, it threw off my usual exercise routine. On the bright side, he was AMAZING.
