Also, for everyone... my mom bought me a book for Christmas, its called "Eat This, Not That" its by the editor of Men's Health. It's a really interesting book, that has ideas of what to eat at every restauarnt under the sun, as well as what NOT to eat. (Or a eat this instead of that, kind of thing.) It also has tips for the grocery store, like what kind of crackers are better than another and why. It even has stuff like what to eat on New Years, what to Eat on the 4th of July, what to eat from the food court in the mall. It's actually really interesting.

slisette- awesome a free personal trainer, that's worth a whopper, just kidding,
if i am going to have a burger i have a REAL burger, yummy, at a hot dog stand or portillos (i am in Chicago so the burgers are AWESOME!...along with everything else) no reason to go to bk-for me, but I am sure your trainer worked that off of you.
