Hello Losing4another. Sometimes it is nice just to let loose. I went out to get Mexican food with my husband. I am just not getting on the scale in the morning.

Good job! Congratulation! I read your notes and I believe that you can achieve your goal.
Same thing I did to myself, 2 mos. ago I was 200lbs down to 185 today, my recipe; 200 cals threadmill 3x/wk.,basketball and biking, fat free yogurt in am, salad for lunch w/ chicken and some rice w/ meat & vegie or soup for dinner, fresh fruits for snacks and 4 to 5 qts. of H2O.
My goal is 160lbs. and I hope I can make in the next 3 or 4 mos.

I'm down to 143.5 today, so just a half lb away from goal!!!

Hello! Sorry its been a few days. The Holidays are just soo busy. Congrats Losing4another and Sonja. You guys are doing soooo good.

Sonja: I am sooo rooting for you to get down that other half pound. You can do it.

Mothermavis: We miss you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cianocue: Congrats on the weightloss. That is wonderful. I hope to "see" you around this thread. We need all the motivation we can get.

Christmas day was sooo bad for me. I just ate and enjoyed...now I'm up 3 pounds I'm not moving my ticker though...It's coming back off ....it's just a matter of how long is it going to take.

I'm back. I've been off plan. Way way off, but I've had my Christmas fun and now I need to get my butt back on the exercise wagon.
I've spent a great deal of today looking for new low carb, low cal recipes to try and I'm ready to hit it again.
DH bought me new snowshoes so I was out with those yesterday and today, hopefully the 5 lbs I put on instead of taking off are mostly water, but either way, I am back on plan and I will just need to work harder to get back to 150!!

Thanks to all of you, esp Sonia for coming to search me out!!

Mothermavis!! you're back!! You got snowshoes!! that's AWESOME!!
I'm glad you're ready to come back on plan -- finding new recipes is usually really helpful with that. I'm rooting for you, girl!! Come catch up with my skinny butt (HAHAHA I'm OTFLMAO with that idea. skinny butt!)!!!

Super, super on plan
I lost 2 of the pounds that had snuck up on me, so must have been water and salt.

Back to 153, that's not down but it's better that 155.6 like yesterday!!

ooh that april 129 sounds so wonderful!!
i'm still at 143.5 this morning which keeps me away from my goal by .5 lb, but i think i'll make it in the next three days. been really good about the gym so that's good!
as for my no drinking or smoking goals, less good. Jan is a dry month for me (ah new years resolutions) so that makes me slack off now!

Back OP HERE Seeing a gain on the WW scales set me down the right road...Kinda like a smack in the back of the head My husband bought me a wii for xmas and boy it can be a work out. The first 2 days we had it I was sore in places I didn't think I worked just playing a video game.

OK, eating back OP helped so much.
151.4 today. Getting there!
Went snowshoeing yesterday with the dogs. Picture a 130 # Rottie afraid of Momma's pink snowshoes. Too funny.
Today, I am doing an ab tape and mall walking.
