dream, that's a great loss for 2 weeks! As for the arms, I don't lose much there either. I look at my slim sister, though, and her arms are kind of big too. I just think it's the way we're made -- heavier on the top. I think I've lost maybe one or two inches in my upper arm even after losing 112 pounds! You'd think it would be more, considering I lost about 12 inches or more in my waist. The only thing that removes the fat is creating a calorie deficit and doing cardio, as you know, but the sculpting may change the shape of your arm and you'll eventually see a reduction in inches because of that. I think it just takes a while, especially if you tend to put on weight there, as I do.

Well, I've already lost 7 of those 11 pounds I gained over the weekend, so I'm back down to 167. My body is so weird.

okay...I am feeling alittle better now. I walked for about 4 hours on Saturday. I spent the day downtown Greenville until time for another concert i went to. I went to see Rascal Flatts this time. Took Sunday and Monday off of excersize. But yesterday i got 2.7 miles in for a jog/walk. When i got up this morning i was down to 142. So i am definatly back on track with my eating and excersizing. I think i might be able to come within 2 pounds of my halloween goal. That would be awesome.

my weed for today:
W- 8 glasses
E- 1200 calories
E- gym class
D- YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!

I think I'd like to take on this challenge. I can use all the pushing/poking/prodding/support I can get!

Okay, so my goal by Christmas is to lose....... I'm thinking....... 15 pounds I think is reasonable. That's about 2 lbs a week from now until Christmas. I can do this!

Hello girls.
It is so great to hear that things are going so well for all of you! Reading your posts are so motivating for me. I have lost another pound, so I just need 1 more before halloween to make my 2nd halloween goal:-) If I make it, I think I'll treat myself to a bit of candy! It feels so good to be closer and closer to reaching my overall goal. I know it's going to be tougher with the holidays creeping up on me. I have an italian family, so the meals are always OUTRAGEOUS. Sweet bread seems to be my weekness. Okay I better stop talking about it - I'm getting hungry-LOL! Anyways, keep up the hard work - it is certainly paying off!! Good Luck, and chat soon.

Hi everyone

I have been away from the 3FC support for a while now (at least June!) but I'm in on this Christmas challenge! I have joined WW and I am plugging along with that - lost 4.8 pounds in 5 weeks - not really melting off the fat that I thought all this dieting would do, however I have vowed to keep motivated. I have added in exercise in the form of jogging (3km a day) and will introduce weights next week. So at least I have a plan.

I am currently weighing in at 167.8 pounds and in the 8 weeks from now until Christmas my personal goal is to be at 155. A loss of 12.2 pounds. I think this is realistic because in Canada...we have already had our Thanksgiving so there won't be any big temptation meals to lure me away from my game.

I look forward to getting to know you all and hopefully I'll be as much support to you as you will undoubtedly be to me. Take care. - Lytricia

Good morning ladies and a nice warm welcome to those who just joined, all the goals sound great.
I've been doing better the last couple days, still maintaining though and still not back down to me 152 that I loved, I refuse though to up my ticker.
I feel good about today. I hope it stays that way. Have a great day everyone.

Default Christmas challenge

I'm jumping in too! I just joined last week so I was a little late for the Halloween Challenge, but I think I can lose at least 16 pounds by Christmas.

My plans are to go to the gym 4 days a week, eat healthy everyday, and drink lots of water

One pound down this week... 14 to go!

I have to say, I see everyone's tickers and see the unbelievable amount of weigh so many of you have lost and I am so inspired! I know it's taken time, and for some probably a lot of time, but what impresses and inspires me most is that you've stuck with it! Really, I think I can do this with the right inspiration and support and I think I've found it here!

Have a great weekend!

Anne

Hello ladies. Well I think I found my motivation again!
It's a big deal to me because I was so blah for a while I thought I might be fat forever. Yesterday and today so far have been pretty good. AF is here so I won't be doing a lot of exercise.
Right now I'm snacking on some lime n' chili pumpkin seeds I roasted. soooo yummy. Well I plan to get as close to my Chistmas goal as I can. I then plan to start a valentines day challenge. Who's in?

I'd like to join in with this challenge as well. Restarted my diet yesterday, missed the exercised yesterday, but made up for it today. Did an 1/2 hour of some aerobics i found on cable and 1/2 hour of pilates dvd.

My goal is to be around 200 by christmas. Got on the scale yesterday, was down about 5lbs but won't take it serious till it says I've lost 10. Plus it's that time of month, can't believe the scale at that time anyway.

None the less, that is my christmas goal.

Diet Plan ~

Breakfast and Lunch will be a Protien Shake

100% Whey or - ON - Protein mix
Soy Milk
Peanut Butter - for added taste
Ovaltine Chocolate Mis - For all the added Vitamins

Snacks ~

Fruits and Veggies ... Whatever I happen to steal from the little iggy.

Dinner ~

Meat with veggies of some kind.

Exercise ~

Whatever Aerobics I find on TV that looks interesting
Pilates

Weekends go to the Gym
