thank you for all of the support ladies!

i am at my parents place in toronto- did the 4 hour drive yesterday. i have been derailing right off track since the 100, just can't seem to deal with the fact that i don't actually have to eat it all today lol sooo much good food, i feel like a human garbage can.

also, today is my 3rd day off yoga, i'm getting sick, and well, it's just been busy.

finally back to yoga tomorrow, but still have to survive easter dinner tonight. did bring the food scale, but i am eating everything in my path. guess i just need to work on the self control. A LOT.

Happy Easter!

I did not make my Easter treadmill goal. I have been very busy/active. I also ate like a pig yesterday at our family Easter feast. Yikes !

Well, as of this morning I was 144lbs, so I made my easter goal and I'm well on track to be 140 by May 1.

Woot! woot! I am so happy for everyone who met their goals.

I didn't quite meet my goal but I am ok with that. For some weird reason, after spending this whole last week bouncing around 192, I have been bloated by like 5 pounds for the last few days....Oh well. I am still making strides down the scale and am getting closer to the 180s so I am just gonna keep working at it. I know the bloat is temporary and will go away in a few days. Sometimes weight loss is all wonky.... I am still looking forward to Phase II of the challenge which is my fitness goals and getting into the 180s in the next 3 or so weeks!

hey ladies! congrats on meeting your easter goals, and lets move forward to may day, and the second part of the challenge!

i am still at my parents place- actually calorie counting here, which is a first. i saw 168.8 once, called it my 100, and I am absolutely fine with floating around here for a while, I am almost certain that my body won't give any more, at least for some time due to muscle and build - but at the same time, I feel that I may drop a size pretty soon, or on the verge of it.

i have a pretty bad news bears sinus infection situation going on, and operating with a non digital scale. but DEFINITELY not over eating. woohoo!! let's keep on truckin'.

I beat my Easter goal by 2 lbs! Now big push for my May goal! I even stayed within my calories over the long weekend and didn't feel like I was being cheated out of my Easter dinner. I may actually be getting the hang of this as a "lifestyle change" versus a diet!!

yay jiggles!! I always try to think of it in the economic sense of loss of enjoyment. you enjoy the first bites the most, and then the more you eat, the pleasure derived marginally decreases. =) win win situation because you don't end up feeling over stuffed!
