    TO CC Memorial day Challenge Even if your not a calorie counter Your more than welcome to join.Everybody did great on Our Easter Day CHALLENGE ~Some of us met our goals, some of us only got partway there,some went the wrong direction, but we all put in a great effort, learned some lessons, made new friends, and supported each other... and that's what these challenges are for. Now, we're ready to set our sights on a new challenge, new goals, For the Next month & 6 days~ Then we will start our next one.

    Here's how it works...Start anytime before May 30th ~ Memorial day ~ Set a goal or goals that you would like to reach before Memorial day Challenge ~May 30th 2011.
    Your goals can be anything: pounds you want to lose, a smaller clothing size or outfit you'd like to fit into, sports or fitness achievements, or just a goal of keeping food and exercise on track. Whatever gets you excited about working your plan over the next few weeks, is the right goal for this challenge. You can set as many or as few goals as you like.

    All are welcome! If you're not sure what your goal will be yet, but would like to join up and find some weight loss buddies, get and give support, please jump in, and you can post a goal later, when you think of something. Our main purpose is to motivate each other to keep the food on plan, keep exercising, keep getting leaner, more fit, and healthy. REMEMBER: Even if your not a calorie counter Your more than welcome to join!The more the merrier & U can Join Anytime Even if we just got a day left~it's never to late to join a challenge!!I may not be able to check in daily,Since I am a mom of 3~ But I will do my best too.   • Welcome to all~Sorry I wasn't much of a part of the last challenge I have been super busy.
    My goals this challenge:
    1) To keep maintaining.
    2) to try to post more often.
    3)To be a good example to others.

  • I'm in!!!

    Goal: Pretty much the same as last time. Loose 4 total inches in the same places. 1 in my waist, 1 in my stomach, 1 in my hips and half inch in each arm. Just chipping away slowly and will see the end of my faith.

    Lori - You are a great example. Thanks for the keeping the challenges going.
  • I would love to join this challenge! I am a paying member of WW but lately have been counting calories over at My Fitness Pal.
    My goals are:
    1. Stay within my calorie target
    2. Continue to work out 4-5 days per week
    3. Track food and exercise EVERY DAY
    4. Lose 5 lbs!

    I was lurking on your Easter challenge but was waiting for a new one to jump in. Looking forward to this!
  • I am in! My goal is to lose 10lbs!!

    I don't have an accurate start weight yet, but will hopefully have one in the next few days.
  • Im in

    1. Lose 7 lbs
    2. Track my calories more diligently
    3. Get rid of caffeine in my diet
  • I am sooooo in, I didn't get to do my final post on the Easter challenge (it was already closed WAH! lol) my goals are pretty simple:

    Lose 10 lbs
    Complete 30 days of bootcamp (Mon/Wed/Fri)
    80-100 oz of H20 every day!!!

    That's it, my starting weight is 238.6...off to update my ticker and junk!!!

    1. Lose 5-8 lbs
    2. Stay within my calorie range

    3. Exercise at least 3x a week.

    Goal is to lose 10 pounds.

    Starting weight is 142.5 pounds.

  • SW according to my home scale: 224.6. So I hope to be at 219.6 by memorial day.

    I am off to work in a few minutes, I have food packed and calories pre-tracked. Working on water already. Will check in when I get home tonight.
