Hello Ladies . okay So I thought about it, & I'm gonna once again set some realistic goals for myself.. I WISH I could lose 15lbs by Memorial day But I think I'll stick with ;

*8-9lbs by Memorial Day
*3 Inches
*1900oz of water [breaks down to about 448oz a week or 64oz a day]
*More Exercise
*Weigh In Days Changed to Fridays and/or Saturday

I will be checking in daily as well .. Good luck with the new challenge everyone

Hi Everyone! I'm in, Memorial Day is the first day of my week-long vacation to Pasadena, CA!! Boyfriend booked a BEAUTIFUL hotel with an awesome pool! My original goal when I started losing weight was to be 115lbs by May 30th -- I definitely didn't take into account how hard it would be to get these last few pounds off!

At any rate, I would really love to see 125lbs by Memorial Day! (Even if I'm 125.9lbs I'll be happy! )

I'm also changing my weigh-in day to Friday, since it used to be Mondays, but my weight is always high on Monday after the cheat meals on the weekend.

Fit4Lyfe -- I also didn't manage to do my final post before the Easter Day challenge was closed! BUT my goal was 130lbs, and I hit 129.8lbs on Friday!!

I'm in. I kind of went off the deep end this weekend, so will be doing damage control the rest of the week....oops! DH and I had a LOT of fun though, so I'm really not feeling too guilty about it.

Anyway, my next goal is to get to 174, which is 100 lbs lost!! Hard to believe I'm almost at that milestone!

My means:

1. Keep my calories under 1600 at least 5 days a week
2. Allow two higher calorie days around 1800
3. exercise at least 5 days a week

My goal is to count calories EVERY day until Memorial Day. I tend to just quit any time I go out to eat and the calorie counting is hard and then start back up the next morning. So, here goes! The weight will drop for sure if I actually track religiously.

Amberelise, do you use a website to count calories? My Fitness Pal is great, and they have an app on many smartphones. I went out for lunch the other day and I was able to add my lunch dishes to my food diary right there on the spot.

Ekicna, yes I'm using exactly that. I work in downtown Chicago, though, and go to a lot of non-chain restaurants for lunches.

I get discouraged about trying to figure out exactly what they put in the red sauce on the tropic bites platter, or exactly how much goat cheese is on a rosemary infused turkey burger and give up. So, that's where I need to be more disciplined - or else eat at more chains, lol.

I agree, though, the My Fitness Pal app is really nice.

Ok...Im in, I cheated the last two days so I too will be doing damage control.... With the weather getting nicer I'm going to set a big goal that I will aim for....

1. log my calories everyday.
2. 1200-1300 calories a day
3. Exercise everyday even if its only 20 mins...
4. lose 14 pounds in this next 5 weeks.

I will update my sig. later.

Good luck all.

So...TTOM is here and it's showing BIG TIME, I weighed in at 239.6 this morning and the worst part is, that when I first stepped on, I had a 236.something reading and I was like but then (of course) I re-weighed and it showed 239.6 about 8 times (yea I was upset enough to "re-weigh" that many times) and then I was convinced. This is the last week in April and I really wanted to reach 10 lbs lost for this month, so I am going to stay OP extra hard so that when is over, I'll have a great big WHOOSH!

NorthernExposure almost 100 lbs lost!!?!?!?! WTG girl!!! Such an inspiration

Okay, it's kind of sprinkling, but I am still going to try and go out today...ciao!
