Well, the scale is still moving down! Could be that I'm transitioning from PMS to TOM. Though when I got home from the gym last night, I couldn't get the food in fast enough. As joyfulloser once said, I could almost feel the food being burned off immediately. And managed to make that extra food and Fiber One bar and an orange which still kept me under my daily calorie allotment so there was absolutely no guilt associated!

So maybe it is that my metabolism has been kicked into high gear with my upping of the calories.
- Breakfast: 4 pineapple pancakes made with 2 servings of Batter Blaster and 1/2 cup of crushed pineapple (230) topped with 4 tsps of margarine (66-1/2) and 1/4 cup sugar free syrup (20). 316-1/2 calories total.
- Morning Snack: Carrot cupcake with whipped cream cheese frosting (137). 137 calories total.
- Lunch: Leftover sloppy joes made with ground turkey (180) on 80 calorie wheat bun (80), 1/2 a serving of baby carrots (17-1/2), 1 serving baked BBQ Kettle chips (120) and 1 container light vanilla yogurt (80) topped with 2 tbsps Fiber One cereal (15). 492-1/2 calories total.
- Afternoon Snack: Medium orange (64). 64 calories total.
- Dinner: Safeway Organics Spinach and Cheese pizza (480). 480 calories total.
- Evening Snack: Chocolate banana granita made with 1 medium banana (105) and 1/2 a cup of Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Milk (22-1/2). 127-1/2 calories total.
1617-1/2 calories total for the day
Thursday would typically be my day off from the gym but will be taking Saturday off to enjoy the Denver St. Patrick's Day Parade and many libations.

So I should really go today but feel like if I do, I might burn myself out going 5 days in a row. And I have lots of work to do today so it might actually need my gym time to accomplish things. So I'll see if I'm up to it later this afternoon. I might compromise with myself and go but do a lighter work out. We shall see! ***EDIT: It's a GORGEOUS day in Denver. I will be working out today via a nice, long walk!***
One week left to meet our goals! Good luck to all! And I hope the ones that might / will not meet their goals (like me, at least my original one), aren't being too hard on themselves!
