Tiredofgettingbigger-WOOOHOOOOOO!!! Congrats! Broccoli dance time! I can't wait to reach that milestone!

Rainbowstripe-Congrats on your anniversary! My hubby and I have our 3 year wedding anniversary in May. I say enjoy it! Good luck on your interview! I am sure you will look fabulous! (that's weird that they don't have petite sections there)

manders-congrats on the scale going down!

Horo-That is interesting. I haven't had fruit in a long time unless you count a strawberry milkshake. lol I need to start adding it back in. I was just on Atkins for a month and I never really missed them (outside the strawberry milkshake variety, I do love strawberries in general but only fresh when they are in season and yummy).

Meanwhile I obsessively stepped on the scale after work and I was back down in the 192s. What the heck?! Maybe I should stay off for a few days.

I am only at 1296 calories today but that's good because a coworker gave me a small piece of homemade caramel. It was really small like less than a square inch and very yummy but I have no idea how many calories. But unless it was an insane amount I should be within calories for the day.

Tiredofgettingbigger: Congrats! That's a great feeling, isn't it? My goal for this challenge is 185 lbs, but I've technically just crossed over into the "overweight" range on my last WI, according to my wii fit (BMI of 29.97, if I recall correctly). About 30 more lbs until we're in the "healthy" range!!

Yesterday: about 1550 calories, 3 mile WATP (45 minutes) + 10 minutes ab work.

Can't believe this is the last day before final WI tomorrow. Going to do a lighter workout tonight (I seem to have a better weigh in if I don't push it too hard the night before)...probably 20 minutes of wii zumba and maybe some yoga. I'll be at 1440 calories if I eat only what I've inputted for the day...but I always seem to sneak an extra snack in there, putting me over 1500 every day. Well, at least I'm sticking to my goal of not going over 1600 during the work week. Baby steps, right ?

Good luck, everyone!!

I have not been feeling well the last couple days. I made it half way to my goal. So I will carry it over to the next challenge. I may take a couple challenges because I was looking at the way my arms are in that jacket and it's gonna really take some WORK!! Needless to say my heritage from my grandmother are fat arms so I am working against my genes and my own damage. But I REFUSE to give up.

Elizabeth- I weigh in at my mom's house once a week so I don't step on the scale every moment of the day, but it's good that you saw that you are back down.

I will weigh in tomorrow, I hope I am at my goal but I a loss would be great

Another busy day today! Love having the busy days!

While I know I won't hit my original goal of being at 160, I have actually lost 6-1/2 pounds during the challenge. Granted, I also put on 10 so...ummmm...oops? Still feeling great about things though. I think I have definitely figured out where I'm supposed to be as far as intake and it's made a world of difference.

Won't bore you with my whole log (also don't have time to punch it in ) but am at 1613 for the day. Weight lifting and cardio this afternoon. Denver may break it's high record today of 74 so I might do a walk for my cardio instead of staying in the gym.

Thanks Elizabeth!

It's the 17th here today so I guess the end of the challenge for me! Just my luck my first real, long plateau hit for this challenge haha. I'd made a totally achievable goal and I haven't reached it. I am very close though, but given that it was more than achievable, I'm kind of disappointed.
I weighed in at 137.7 pounds this morning, my goal was 136.6. It's ok though. Plateaus can happen, and I'm dealing with it!

Looking forward to another challenge with you lovelies!!

Well, I don't think I'm going to make my goal tomorrow. Maybe I will- I did see a small glimpse at the weight that would see me at 4 lbs lost one day, but not at all since. If I do, which I doubt, great.. if I don't, that's fine too. 3/4 lbs lost is still good, and I'll try even harder for the next challenge.

Last Friday: 186.5
Today: 186.1

Sheesh. A whole .4 lbs! I'm hoping I'm just retaining water from the chili I had for dinner last night...trying not to get discouraged...but I guess I shouldn't have complained when I was "only" losing 1 lb/week!

I didn't meet my goal weight of 185, but I DID meet my BMI goal of getting out of the obese range. Today my BMI was 29.90 (my second wii Fit reading under 30) so I will call myself officially "overweight" and call this challenge a success!

Edit: I just looked back at my first post in this thread. I started at 189.6 on Feb. 15th. So in 4 weeks, I lost 3.5 lbs. I remember being able to lose that much in a WEEK, not a month . So I'm not EVEN losing a lb/week anymore . Sorry to be such a Debbie Downer at the end of a challenge...but I guess it's just further proof that I need to do something different. I will continue with my tweaks for the next challenge (at least 5 days of exercise/week, no going over 1600 cals at least 5 days/week) and see if that makes a difference. If not, I guess I will try something else!

I am sad to say I gained a pound. I know everything I did wrong, and just need to refocus myself! I do this everytime with my weight loss (do really good for 2 months, and sabotage myself for 6!!). I will have better control next challenge!

Down another pound at the gym last night so I end this challenge at 167.5. I did not meet my original goal of 160 but did lose more than my original goal of losing 5 pounds. I met my revised goals when I shifted focus during the challenge. I ate more than my calorie allotment one day but my net was still under my calorie allotment (and even if it wasn't, I had already given myself a free pass on that day), I did not binge (Two weeks binge free today! ) and I kept on track with my fitness.

Despite meeting the revised goals, I really feel the success of this challenge for me was the realization that I was eating too few calories which was directly leading to binging. Having been able to identify that was truly more fulfilling to me than being at 160 today though certainly still would have been a great accomplishment. Knowing that I now have binges under control - and I really think I do - will last forever and I take great joy in that.

Congratulations to all that met their goals, truly a great accomplishment! For those that didn't, hang in there and refocus for the next challenge - WE CAN DO IT!

Congrats to everyone who made their goals or got close!!!

I went over calories yesterday bc hubby wanted pizza. But I had leftovers so that's a plus.

I tracked food everyday since I joined the challenge so I made my goal. I didn't weigh in today but I didn't make a weight goal. I think I will have a weight goal for easter. I want to get out of 190s for Easter! Then thinking a head to the next holiday (memorial day aka day before my anniversairy lol) I would LOVE to be out of obese range by then! So those are my long term goals going forward. I probably need some smaller steps towards those goals...I will think about that.

Happy St. Patty's Day Everyone!!!!
