Thanks congrats to you as wellWe can do this

I plan on doing a run interval today, i sneeked a peek at the scale this morning(so obsessed with it,need to stop) and its up about 2 and a half lbs...i had two much sodium yesterday( turkey chili for supper and turkey hotdogs for lunch) so im sure thats why. I didn't drink my usual amount of water either.

Yesterday, I had 1300 until I binged later on... though it got up to 1700, which isn't terrible since I worked out... Still ashamed I couldn't do it.

Good Morning Ladies

Was able to get my walking done for 2 m & 30 mins.Have to increase the activity so I can minus the calories burned from the calories in.


loquaciousjogger-Welcome to the thread,I think Zig Zagging is a great way to count calories,I do the same by following the Harris Benedict method. My calorie range is from 1300 to 1700.Don't be afraid to go down to the 1300 it not really low,especially when you're going up again the next day.
I'm not a low carb person so you ave to ask the others what they do.

misspriss-Thanks for your congrats,as I a very slow losers and any amount is appreciated. You should be proud of yourself for you accomplishments.

Hey Guys! Yesterday was a good day...I ended at 1400. Today was a not so good day (I knew it would be) because it was my boyfriends little brothers b-day...so that involved cake and eating the extremely ****ty food their family eats. I ate the meal (some rice concoction) but a VERY SMALL portion of it...and split one peice of cake with my boyfriend because I said I was full. I didnt count calories today but I am sure I am way up there. Ate very well through the day though! Tommorow its back to work but I am feeling extremely strong and that my cravings have settled down! Hopefully it works out tommorow!

Well I weighed-in at 161. So no loss this week, but that is what I expected. One week before TOM I always gain 2-3 lbs, so I am happy that I did not gain.

Hi All. Yesterday I thought I'd be really high on my calories since I previously had 2 very low days, but I came out at 1785! I even got some cardio in, so I'm really happy with how the day went.

Morning

Today is day #19 of 90(my mini challenge)

Still going strong. I chewed gum last night to avoid eating. I wasn't really hungry anyways...just bored. Besides,i ran out of cals at 5:30

Ive got to get on the ball and get in a good workout today...i plan on doing a run interval and upper body weight work.

Beachbum, you have such a great attitude with accepting that weight loss is not going to happen overnight for some of us. It is so much easier to maintain determination when the scale shows progress so it is really great that you lost a pound at your last weigh in!

I know that a pound makes me happy. Anything less and I tend to be disappointed. This week I lost 0 pounds. I was so disappointed not to get to move my ticker.

misspriss78, it's fantastic that you were able to stop eating after 5:30 yesterday. And it sounds as if you are planning on a productive day with the exercise. Hope it all works out and you don't have to stop eating after 5:30 today

Exercise is the hardest thing for me. I bought a pedometer but the first day I wore it I had to sit at my desk all day. My total for the entire day was only a little over 2000 steps. I was so disgusted that I haven't worn it since. Just have a bad attitude about the whole exercise thing.

emileigh- Im sure you will be moving that ticker on your next WI..just hang in there I had a pretty big supper yesterday at 5:30, so thankfully it kept me pretty full. I plan on saving a snack for this evening..lol

ok,just popping in to report my workout. did a run interval then upper body burning 543 cals..yay. Not having a great day so far...but im not going to let it distract me

Hi Everyone. I'm doing good on calories, actually a bit too low for my weight I think, lol, yesterday I had 1373. I'll probably have pasta for dinner tonight and get a 2000 overall day which will be good for variety.
A couple days ago I went for a walk with my hubby which was fine but when I woke up the next morning I could barely walk on my right foot, I just felt extreme pain above the back of my heel anytime I tried to put pressure on it. Very painful. I think I pulled my achilles tendon of something, that's what it seems like anyways. I've been trying to stretch my calves more since they are always so tight and I'm trying to walk a bit more on it each day. Today it's only about 1/2 as bad, so, hopefully I can get more cardio in in a few days.
As for my weight, it's the same as it was a few days ago, so hopefully my body will be letting off a big chunk soon? LOL If not, I'm gonna keep going anyways, so take that stubborn body! :P

Anyways, enough of me yapping. I hope all of you are having a wonderful day!

EarthyWitch-LOVE your positve attitude...im going to follow it. I didn't lose any weight this week(which has got me pretty down right now) but i will be fine in a few hours...im not gonna stop! this stubborn weight will HAVE to come off if i keep going I hope your foot is better this morning...

today is a fullbody weight workout. Its a tough one...wish me luck

misspriss - Sorry that your weigh-in didn't go as you hoped, just keep on going and it will fly off next week! Good luck with the workout!


My foot STILL hurts, but I don't know if I should even bother going to the doctor, I'll probably just be told to ice it and take some pain reliever or something, which is what I've been doing. This really has bummed me out because I was just starting to get more cardio in, grrr, figures when I try to go for a walk I injure myself, lol. Well, I think tonight I'll try some seated upper body exercises at least. There's no way I can stand on it to use my weights without a lot of pain. As for calories, I'm doing very good, I think my weekly average is going to be the lowest yet...but I don't know how good that is for my size. 2003 was my first weeky, 1772 was last week, and this one is probably between 1500-1700, depending on what I have today. Hopefully I lose something come Sunday!
