Im just checking in saying Im a bit over halfway to my challenge (and original ultimate goal!) I do plan on losing another 10lbs after I reach my original goal though.
Hey guys, sorry it's been a while since I've been back to check in. It looks like everyone is doing fantastic, keep up the good work.
I'm a little excited because I have 2 more lbs to reach goal and I met a mini goal today of 10% body weight loss. Woohoo! I am a little sad that I am not really noticing a body image change, but I know it has a lot to do with my stature and the fact that I hid my weight fairly well. Oh wells.
How is everyone feeling at the almost 1-month to-go date?
I'm beginning to get a wee bit nervous that I won't hit the goal that I made for this challenge. I lose 1.5 lbs per week and that will have me falling a couple of lbs below what I was shooting for.
Edit: wait, I was thinking I still have 9.5 lbs to go, but that's how much I've lost so far in this challenge. I've got 6 to go, surely that's doable.
Congrats you guys!! I won't be making it to 15 lbs. I thought I'd be losing 1.5 every week but my body only loses 1 if I'm lucky. I'm hoping for 11, but I'll expect 10. Maybe I'll get that, who knows?

Also, I just had the MOST delicious 100 calorie morning snack that I highly recommend- 1 slice of light bread (40 cal), 2 slices fat free cheddar singlets (60 total), butter flavored pam. So, I sprayed the pan with Pam, sprayed the bread with pam, put the cheese on, and sprayed the top w/ Pam too, and then grilled the half grilled cheese sandwich on the stove. It was really really good. I can't believe only 100 cal!! Yum, yum.
Hi everyone! So, today I weighed in at 214.5 which is a pound and a half up. Aunt Flo has been visiting since Thursday so I am hoping that is why. I just couldn't stay away from the scale another day. I wasn't too strict with my plan last week, but I made it to the gym for 6 days (2 hr sessions)straight so I shouldn't have gained. Ugh! I am going to shave off a few hundred calories everyday and work a little harder this week.
Hello again. I fell off...again. But I am back...again. I know I won't make it to 185, but 185 was my vague overall summer goal anyways. I am hoping to lose another 5lbs for this challenge. I am finally ready to stay OP and do this!
Ugh. I did not waver from my diet. But I also weighed myself tonight and I didn't lose any weight. I lost ZERO pounds last week. This is the worst...I feel so defeated. How long does a plateau go on???
The scale says I'm up 2 pounds. Too much sodium. I've had too much salt and salsa these last few days and I should be getting my period soon. That means I won't see if I lost anything for at least 2 whole weeks. I'm so disappointed. Progress keeps me motivated and this just sucks.
Hang in there Angel, the scale is going to move next week for sure. I hate Aunt Flo!
On a side note, I am happy to announce the I have officially reached goal this morning for the challenge!!! Only 41 more pounds until my final goal, eek!
Well, I weighed myself again last night since my tom was finally over and the scale read 209! Which put me down 4 more pounds and at a total of 60 pounds lost so far! Aunt flo seriously screwed with my head this week. Ugh! Just 10 pounds to go for the challenge and for ONEDERLAND!!!!! think I can do it!
