I did not meet my goal, but that is okay, I've made progress.
What is NOT okay is that I gained 6 lbs last week???!!! I have no idea how that is possible. I was completely faithful to my diet and exercise routine. I did increase my caloric intake by 200 cal/day, but I still have a large caloric deficit... It's my TOM and I'm very bloated, but there's no way that could give me 6 extra pounds!!!! I thought I would lose a little less this week than normal, not gain 6 lbs! I'm shocked and miserable, I cannot believe this. So much hard work and I gain......
