was busy Sunday. worked in the yard with hubby. I raked and shoveled, wet Saw dust for hours. Finishing up the clean up from the tree that was just cut down. I had to wait till yesterday as the yard was sooooo wet. Only got half of the saw dust done. So I get another good work out to do.

did pay much attention to what I ate. So I don't feel to bad about my calories for the day.

Bobbolink 03-26-2007 08:07 AM

I'm not sure, Microsoft Windows Photo gallery? I can see where it says how big the picture is but no place to make it smaller.

Bobbolink 03-26-2007 08:11 AM

Ooooooooh, Dummy me! I see I can make it smaller right on this 3FC's site.

rockinrobin 03-26-2007 08:15 AM

All right Bobbi, I posted this on the Fiber thread, but it sure bears repeating again and again and again.

CONGRATULATIONS on surpassing your goal!!!!!!

Awesome job!!!! You are amazing. You must be so very proud and feeling quite spectacular today. As well you should. Keep up the great work. It's been a real pleasure watching you SUCCEED.

Okay, so are you gonna slowly start upping your calories in order to maintain? And never mind these pics of your tatoo and your DH and those lovely yellow chckens, when are we gonna see some before and after shots of YOU? All of you? Congrats again Bobbi.

I second That!
I think the before and after pics is great idea too.

Welcome Nora, this is a wonderful group and they are very helpful and willing to share. I have learned a lot from them and the support is fantastic.

Claire ~ You are a bigger person than me, I have a hard time moving tickers up.

Allison ~ I still have pizza I just make sure I eat it within reason. I don't know how I used to do it but I could eat half a large pizza loaded to the max. Now, I can only eat one or two pieces max and I am full. I buy frozen healthy pizzas like South Beach or Healthy Choice and keep them in the freezer.

Cheryl ~ Good idea on the cokes. They will give you the extra boost you need for your skating and you are using the calories up. Congrats on the weight loss.

Bobbi ~ Congratulations! 1 lb past your goal. WOW. Yes, I love to spoil DGS and my DD just can't afford to do to much for him. We went out to eat yesterday and he was a little piggy and stuffed his mouth so full that some had to come out. He is such a hoot. Then we went to buy me a new carpet cleaner and there is a section in Menards where they have a kids playground set up. So we went in so he could try the toys out and we ended up walking out with a big rocking fish. I went to take him off it and leave and he wouldn't let go of it and screamed. So I went and found one on the shelf and he saw that I had the box and he then was willing to get off of it. He is only 14 months old, can you tell he is spoiled. HEHEHEHE!

Sunday Calories: 2145
I ate out at a Chinese Restaurant and I found what I ate on FitDay so either FitDay is high on the amount of calories, I realize that every place varies on actual preparations or I needed extra calories to maintain my the level of activity I was at yesterday. I am down to 190 this morning. WHOOHOO! I also feel fantastic today so I am going to stick with what I was doing this past week and see if I start getting drained again. Maybe I need more calories for my activity level. Nothing worse than feeling physically drained. I may have been on a plateau also that just needed a boost to get me off of it.

Robin-congrats on the great weigh in!!! :carrot:

Bobbolink-love the cherry tattoo!!!! :D Congrats on making it below goal! Have you checked out the maintainers forum yet? Any plans for maintenance? When I was maintaining after babies #1 and #2, I basically upped my calories by 100 a day, and waited a week to see what happened. If there was no gain or continued loss, I upped them the next week by 100-and so on and so forth until you find the calorie level where you maintain the weight loss, but no longer are losing. Most people can maintain between 1400-2200 a day, it just depends on your metabolism, your exercise, and your current weight, etc. Trial and error for everyone, just like the weight loss phase. Congrats again! :carrot:

Here is my Jose tattoo for my DGS. The tattoo artist had to modify the dragon a little because the original had a pacifier in its mouth and a teddy bear under its arm. I didn't think Jose would appreciate that when he got older. I also had a wing added.

Here is my rose tattoo. This one is almost 16 years old and has never been recolored. It looks better than in the picture. The camera here at work stinks and both tattoos are much darker and the lines look great. Plus, its not easy taking pictures of your own ankles. HEHEHEHE!

zenor77 03-26-2007 01:53 PM

Congratulations Bobbi!

Justme33 03-26-2007 06:24 PM

GrammyL: I LOVE that rose tattoo!! I've always wanted to get one, but just a tad bit scared about actually getting it.....

I'm finally back on track after 2 days (thurs. and Sat. I think it was) of over 2500 calories...those were my 2 PMS binges I guess....Yesterday I was at exactly 1100 and today as of right now I've had 850....(thats with an early dinner) so it looks like I'll get some nuts as a snack for later... I always use a portion or 2 of nuts as a late afternoon snack if my calories for the day were kinda low, the brand is actually a nut and fruit blend with some kick..called Sahale Snacks, Oh gosh they are good!!! That should bring me up to 1100 for the day....

lovemyboy 03-26-2007 07:34 PM

Hi

Hello all. I'm a 35 year old overweight, full-time working mother of one.

It is time for me to get serious about loosing this extra weight. I've spent the last month or so exploring various options and I've settled on counting calories, primarily because I'm cheap and don't want to pay to lose weight through some of the other available programs and also because it seems to be one method that has stood the test of time - no gimmicks.

I spent the last week getting in the hang of tracking what I've been eating. I'm not sure what is an ideal goal to shoot for but I think I'll start off next week with an 1800 max goal and tweak it from there depending on what happens.

I've been slowly encorporating walking into my daily routine too. I'm hoping that as the weight comes off I'll move in to jogging.

I'm looking forward to all of your wisdom and advice.

walking2lose 03-26-2007 09:34 PM

Hi everyone!

Calories today are 1149. I'm going to have a mini bag of popcorn too.

Bobbi and Lara -- Love the tattoos!!! You gals have some smokin' hot legs too! I'll just have to enjoy seeing others' tattoos because I do NOT like pain.

Bobbi - That's so cool that you are at (actually under) goal! :cp: If you go to the maintainers thread, I hope you'll still post/read here too!

My Biggest Loser contest at work is coming to an end this Friday. A friend and I decided to continue it together for 2 more months, which fits well with my new goal of 6 weeks to lose 6 lbs. We want to have the accountability, so we are putting our money in a pot every week -- we plan to reward ourselves with pedicures and a healthy lunch at the end of it. I'm pysched!

Welcome Lovemyboy! Sounds like you have some good ideas... you can do this!

Bobbi - you posted this before, but I forget... how long was it total until you made goal? Any secrets or tips for us besides upping the fiber?

Hope everyone else is having a great day... I have a feeling this is going to be a good and healthy week for all! :exercise:

Petra6998 03-26-2007 09:53 PM

Congrats Bobbi!! That is awesome. I bought some fiber stuff so I am going to try and get more fiber into my diet. I don't think I will get as high as you but hopefully like 20 or so.

Also....

Congrats RockinRobin!!! 110 lbs that is awesome.... What a great job done!!!

You both are very much a inspiration!!!

Bobbi~ I've decided to do my own not very scientific study to see if you're right. I'm going to fill up on fiber and see if the weight comes off easier. Regardless, fiber is healthy. ;)

Jman1 03-27-2007 01:14 AM

Great job, everybody!

As for me, yesterday was much worse than the day before, which was itself bad. On Saturday and Sunday, I ate so much that I almost exactly canceled out my entire calorie deficit from Monday through Friday. :( I guess I'm no worse off than I was last Monday, but it really sucks to see all my progress go down the drain. Oh well.

Today, I stuck to plan. I just need to do a better job on the weekends. (Understatement of the year.)

rockinrobin 03-27-2007 07:39 AM

Ahhh, yes the weekends. A tough couple of days for sure. Throws the whole scheduele off. It's hard, but you gotta be just that much more vigilent. Plan and plan and plan.

Welcome lovemyboy.

And thank you Petra!

Hello to the rest of the gang.

Monday's calories - about 1150.

Wishing you all a great and healthy day.

Justme and Claire ~ Believe it or not the rose tattoo hurt worse than the dragon. The rose is very low and close to the ankle bone and I have very little meat in that area. The less meat and fat the more it hurts. The dragon is up higher and had lots of muscle it went over so even though its bigger, has more detail it didn’t hurt as much.

Claire thanks for the compliment on my legs. I must admit Aphil is right being an apple shaped person and walking all the time I have very muscular legs and get compliments all the time. Now its just getting the mid section to match. I know I will with calorie counting and exercise it will just take time.

Bobbi ~ OK Claire said it and I will second it. I realize you are at goal but please continue to post. You are just such an inspiration.

Lovemyboy ~ Welcome to the group and personally I think you made the right choice. I have about every program under the sun and I decided to dump them all and go back to the basics. It not only is helping me lose but I don’t feel deprived. I also see myself making healthier choices overall than I used to when it was being shoved down my throat. Its all about calories in and calories out. This past weekend was the first time in probably a year or two that I actually lost weight over the weekend and didn’t feel deprived.

Zoe ~ Happy dance for you! Congrats on the loss.

Zenor ~ I cringed at your beautiful tattoos. Those had to have hurt because of the locations. DH wants me to get one on my lower back and I won’t do it because I have heard how bad it hurts. I love the tattoo on the foot, that is the first time I had ever seen one and it must look great with sandels.

Rockinrobin ~ I see they created an avi for you. Your doing fantastic. I noticed you lose regularly, any tips.

Theresa ~ If you do have it, the machine will make a huge difference in your life. DH has increased energy and sleeps much better. He has had a hard time getting used to the mask but

I can tell my neighbor is going to start getting on my nerves already. I have things that I need to do around the house and she always wants to go for a walk. She walks like a turtle and then when the walks over, she doesn't want to go home. Tonight I am going to tell her I am going to groom my horses and clean my flowers because it is suppose to rain tomorrow. I think she needs to plant some flowers so she has something to do. For some reason I always have things to do in the evening. The other thing is she is always wanting to know what I am doing to lose weight and when I tell her she always says its just to hard and then starts in on looking for a magic pill or drink. I told her calorie counting is the easiest to do and to stick with because nothing is off limits as long as you stay within your calorie counts and within reason. To me, you have to see it as an adventure and fun, not a dreaded chore. She said she can’t do it because its to much work. Geez, I spend probably 20 minutes a day prepping, measuring and calculating my calories a day. I don’t think that is to much.

Having to run a fan at work because its so hot in the office. It was 78 in here yesterday. My boss looked at me and asked if I was alright and I said yes, its just to hot. I turn really red when I get hot. If I don't have makeup on its even worse. I have a lot of red pigment in my cheeks.

Justme33 03-27-2007 09:08 AM

1205(ish) for yesterday...I say ish because its gotta be lower... my 2 kids are always sneaking bites of my food. Made a bag of 100cal. popcorn...my 5 yr old thought he was being cute and would go "MOM...look over there" I'd look he'd steal a handful of popcorn....I knew what he was doing, so cute.

THEN I made a bowl of steamed veggies...My 8 yr old steal bites of the broccoli and carrots!! He tried to convince me to let him have it all...AHHH NO!!!....LOL Needless to say, 2 growing boys in the house, they eat just about everything all the time! (yet there are both soooooooooo skinny!!)

like others I think I need to start adding lot of fiber to my diet...I've been so hungry lately maybe the extra fiber will help with that!! I'm SOOO tired of my scale...I weigh daily and for the last 3-4 weeks, Ive been bouncing LOWEST was 168...but then it would go back to 172....bouncing back and forth in there...I'll be happy when it stays under the 170 mark...I dont want to see 170 anything anymore!! Once I hit 164 I'll be hitting weight I haven't seen since before my 1st baby!!! (I was 25 then!!)

Bobbolink 03-27-2007 09:22 AM

Good Morning!
Yesterday's calories @ 1,135 and a whopping 77 grams of fiber. I was really short of calories before bed so I ate a serving of All Bran crackers (really good) and Fiber One Honey Cluster cereal, both high in fiber.
I purchased the cluster type cereal for DH, it's not bad but I prefer the original Fiber One. It has only 60 calories and the clusters has 160 calories. I also made one of my favorite soups, Sweet Sour Cabbage soup. That's high in fiber too! I'll post the recipe later today. I usually make a batch then, freeze it in individual servings for quick low calorie lunches. I had leftover roasted chicken and some really delicious homemade broth that I made from the chicken bones so I added that to my soup. Yummy!
Thank you all for the congrats yesterday on meeting my goal. It's been the easiest weight I've ever lost, I've tried all the fad diets before and like Lovemyboy stated, IT'S STOOD THE TEST OF TIME. Calories counting is the only way to go.
Theresa... 43 grams of fiber, Wow! I promise you'll lose on that with lots of water and staying in your calorie range.
Robin... Double Thank you for the congrats on both threads.
I'm not going to up my calories yet, I've just reached my goal. I want to have 5 pounds to play with. I said before that I'm not going to stick to a "carved in stone" weight, I just want my clothes to fit. I'm in all my size 8 clothes but the 6's are snugger than I like. (I don't have many 6's, my weigh seems to settle in and stay at 8's)I got that low for my daughters wedding and DH said my face gets too bony looking at that weight. :p When I wore the 6's I weighed 127 pounds and I never exercised. Now I exercise and weigh 8 pounds more and still fit them. Guess it goes to show how important exercise is, not only for your heart and health but clothes fit much better at a heavier weight.
Robin...P.S. You're slipping! You're 50 calories short of 1200:rofl:
Lara...

Aphil... No, I haven't checked out the Maintainer forum yet but I probaby will. Adding 100 calories a day sounds like a good plan and once my weigh settles in I'll add more calories.
Good Advice!
Zenor... Fantastic fiber @ 62 grams! I was going to warn you to drinks lots of water with that much fiber but then I checked out your Fitday and saw 8.5 glasses of water. Great menu by-the-way! I thought you were vegetarian on that menu but then snooped back and see you're not.

No truer statement in my book. You can't argue with calories in, calories out. Simple math.

Claire... About tatoos, it doesn't hurt unless you put it on skin that's not usually exposed to the sun. Mine is on my calf and it only tickled when he drew it on. Go for it!
Quote:

Bobbi - you posted this before, but I forget... how long was it total until you made goal? Any secrets or tips for us besides upping the fiber?
I started November 1st at 161 pounds. I re-joined 3FC a week and 3 pounds later at 158. Total it took 21 weeks to lose 26.5 pounds. Of course I lost fast to begin with, then it slowed down until I started doulbling my fiber. But over-all the average weight loss was 1.26 pounds per week. As far as advice, I think my stubborness has a lot to do with it. When I set my mind to do something, I do it. I have a mind game going on inside my head with challenges everyday. Like, I dare myself to go to coffee with my family and not eat their sweets. Why would I stick to 1200 calories all week, then blow it on the week-ends??? That would un-do all the efforts I put in during the week days. Lost time and effort!

Get stubborn with yourself, play mind games. Some people don't keep forbidden foods in the house, I do for DH. But I'm not temped because I don't want to lose a whole week of efforts. Sometimes you can cheat and it won't show up the next day but in the long run it will. It'll make you think you can cheat often and get away with it. Now I'm not saying everyone should go cold turkey and not have any of your favorite snack, but work it into your calorie plan if you can't resist. Geeeez, I've got to get off my preaching box. :soap: Sorry, but you got me started.
Coolmom... congrats on the 2.25 pound loss! :congrat:

Bobby,
thanks for the support.

I have actually been low on my fiber, the last few days.
I try for 50 or 60+ daily. But I have been busy the last few days, and just happy that I have not gone over my calories, etc.

I got weighed yesterday at curves.
I made my first 5 pound loss.
It seems like such a little amount for 27 days.
I guess I will just have to work harder on the treadmill, etc. And get my fiber backup in my range. ;)

Lara,
How much does the machine cover your face?
I would rather it be my anode's or tonsils. The idea of any thing covering my face just about makes me nuts. I will know in a few weeks. After I see the nose specialist.
I hope it does give me lots of energy if I sleep better.
Did start taking a B COMPLEX supplement, 2 days ago. I really am feeling a little more lively.

Jman,
Treat every day as a new day. don't hang on to the days past.
YOU can do it.

well I have a rotor rooter man on his way out.
THEN I can take a shower. :carrot:
Kids and their long hair!!!

GrammyL 03-27-2007 11:55 AM

Theresa ~ They have several different types of masks but because my DH max's the pressure of the machine to help him he has to use the mask that can hold up to that pressure. His is the size of the mask they put on patients when they need oxygen but ends just under his nose. For those that are not as severe they do have one is like a little bar that goes under the nose and has two little things that go up the nostrals. DH really wanted one of those but they said because he has to the the max he can't have it. He put it on me and the pressure was so high I couldn't talk or breath because it was pushing so much air into my lungs. I couldn't push it out. Scarry feeling. Hopefully its something simple. I snore because my nose isn't straight inside and I refuse to let them rebreak it to straighten it. It has been broken enough in my life.

GrammyL 03-27-2007 12:00 PM

Bobbi ~ What I have done to satisfy my sweet tooth is find alternative healthy snacks that are low in calorie. Well I can't say they are all healthy but at least portion control, like the 100 calorie packs.

OK, I reviewed my fiber intake since starting FitDay. I am all over the place. Today I will be very low and I have some chewable fiber tables at home and maybe I will take a few of those before dinner to get my fiber up. I would say I am running about 50/50 on high fiber days 45/50 grams of fiber and then other days I am down 23-27. Nothing inbetween. There has to be something that I am eating on the high fiber days that I am not on the low fiber days. I will have to look and see what I find.

srmb60 03-27-2007 12:00 PM

Yesterday I went a little off my plan but not badly. I just substituted a tomato sandwich for a bowl of cereal.
1315 calories. And a big long walk!

zenor77 03-27-2007 12:24 PM

I have to make this quick...

Lara~ The lower back tattoo actually wasn't too bad. It's high enough to be on my "padding." So, the pain was very minor. I can't say that for the one on my foot though. NEVER GET A TATTOO ON YOUR FOOT! Lol! Boy did that one hurt! I love it though. My DH wants a tattoo, so I may go with him and get another one. They are addicting!

Bobbi~ Nope I'm not a vegetarian, although I mostly eat vegetarian food. We eat fish and some well treated poultry. I only eat pork and beef when other people make it. I went completely veggie after reading 'Diet for a Small Planet', but I missed fish. So I decided a little meat here and there was okay.

Plus, I have a hard time being picky and stuff at other people's homes. I don't want to seem rude. I watch my MIL make so much food because everyone one in the family is so picky and not many people help her. It stresses her out and I don't want to add to that stress.

Congratulations to everyone who's doing well and a big "You can do it!" to everyone else. Gotta go.

GrammyL 03-27-2007 12:30 PM

Calories Monday: 1626
Walked 70 minutes but some was at a turtle pace to me because my neighbor walks slow.

Looked to see if their was something in particular making my fiber higher on some days and lower on others. No one thing stands out, it just depends on my choices. I did notice a lot of the South Beach products are high in fiber and since they are nummy I will stick with them. My only concern about the meals is the sodium content but it doesn't seemed to bother me. I drink a lot of water so maybe it keeps me flushed.

GrammyL 03-27-2007 12:35 PM

Zenor ~ I figured the foot hurt worse, there is no meat there. The bones and veins stick out in my feet from walking so much so I wouldn't even dream of doing it. OUCH! I am just afraid to get started on the lower back and have it hurt and then quit. Wouldn't that be nice. HEHEHEHEHE! They are addictive but I have to make sure I can cover mine if I need to. Between my Dad and my profession. No one really cares that I work directly with but I meet with upper management I cover them.

Jman1 03-27-2007 02:24 PM

Thanks for the encouragement, all! Stuck to my plan yesterday and today's going great, too. I did have this internal conversation at lunch that I thought you ladies might enjoy. (My plan for lunch was to have a grilled chicken sandwich and a salad. I eat in a large cafeteria with a lot of choices.)

Quote:

Let's see, maybe I should get that roast beef and swiss sandwich.
No, that's too many calories.
What if I turn down the potato salad that comes with it?
You weren't going to have potato salad anyway!
Ok, fine, I'll get the chicken sandwich. But I'm not in the mood for salad.
Alright, if there's a healthy soup, you can have that instead.
These soups don't look good. How about some onion rings? They can't be that bad!
You know they're bad. They're ONION RINGS. At least 250-300 calories. You can't afford them.
But I was so good with the chicken sandwich!
*glares at self*
Fine, fine, I'll just take some fruit.
Good boy.
As I said, I'm doing well today. :)

GrammyL 03-27-2007 03:22 PM

Jman1 ~ I have that talk with myself all the time. Like you, I set my mind to what I am going to have when I get there. Then I start seeing and smelling all the goodies and the battle begins. Used to be I would always break down and not have what I decided to have. In the past two weeks I stick to my guns and have exactly what I preplanned.

It was so hard to say NO to the Chinese buffet this weekend. Then I told myself, I refuse to buffet my body, I will feel icky afterward. I still had a wonderful meal and felt fine when I left for a change. Two of the others with me ended up with upset tummies and gas from the buffet.

Jman1 ~ Does make me glad that I carry my meals with me instead of going to the eatery. I usually have some kind of healthy frozen dinner like Healthy Choice, Smart Ones, South Beach or something like that. I always add some kind of veggie and usually some kind of dessert if its not included in the meal.

Bobbi ~ DGS is Darling or Dear Grandson. Well can depend on the day. HEHEHEHE! Just kidding.

Congrats on meeting goal! So are you attributing your best weight loss to the increase in fiber? Do you consume a ton of water to help it along? Im a firm believer in high fiber as well, I see you are the queen, that is why I ask:) What's your average weekly calorie intake? GREAT JOB!!!!

Lara... What does DGS stand for? Cute Tattoo
Lovemyboy... ::welcome: No truer statement in my book. You can't argue with calories in, calories out. Simple math.
Claire... About tatoos, it doesn't hurt unless you put it on skin that's not usually exposed to the sun. Mine is on my calf and it only tickled when he drew it on. Go for it!
:congrat:
Jman... Well said, make a copy of this post in large letters and post it on your refrigerator.

My tummy is growling, time to go. I don't have a before and after picture but today I'll look, I'm not usually in the pictures because I'm the camera buff in our house.
Hi everyone I missed! Be good!

Hi all,

I love all the dialogue we have on this thread -- everything from home decorating to tattoos to our daily calorie intake. It makes it all so much more fun, doesn't it?!

Lara, I've got to tell you that I really feel what you are saying about your neighbor, the slow walker. I am naturally a fast walker, even when I'm not going for a walk. I teach high school, and it drives me beserk to walk behind students in the hall. They walk so unbelievably S-L-O-W. People are always saying to me, "My, you are in a rush, aren't you" Well, sometimes I am, sometimes I'm not, I just walk fast. There were two different times in my life when I teamed up with a friend to exercise together, but they were so slow... it just didn't work. One was a friend who was trying to lose weight for her wedding. She had never really exercised much, so I agreed to run/walk with her. She wanted to do a 5K. Well, when we finally did it (we agreed to "run" together), we had tons of walkers pass us while we were jogging. The other time was last year. I do have a friend who I walk with regularly, and she and I are the same pace. We have another good friend, who really wanted to walk and lose weight, but she was having a hard time alone. We encouraged her to join us, but after a while we all realized it wasn't working. We all had a sense of humor about it, so we were ok with it, it just didn't work. We still meet at the gym occasionally, but we do different things. You may just have to tell your neighbor that you don't feel you are getting enough exercise at that pace.

Robin - Think I forgot on last post to say congrats. You had a big loss! It's so cool to just watch your weight go steadily down!

Zoe - congrats to you too. Your baby weight will be gone in no time!

Theresa - Good luck at the dr. tomorrow. Even though it won't be fun to wear that contraption, think about how much better you will feel if that is actually what you have. You will probably have so much more energy! And congrats on the 5 lbs.... that's great!

And to whoever said their tattoo just tickled... you are more of a woman than I am! And that one on Zenor's foot is super cool, but I know that hurt!!

Ok. I had a very hungry day today... I'm at 900+ and have not had dinner. Will have to try to make do on a big salad... we'll see. Hi to everyone else... have a great evening

CoolMom75 03-27-2007 07:02 PM

Well, last night I ate an extra something and bumped my daily cals to just over 2k. But, back on track today, with 700 cals eaten prior dinner.

And Bobbi...I got my first egg today!!!! I can't believe how excited I am, like I just had another baby. And the chicken actually used the nest box. I've been looking around the yard occasionally, to see if they dropped any eggs in an odd place. But, nope, they went right to the box. I'm such a proud mom. lol

lovemyboy 03-27-2007 08:25 PM

Thank you all for the very warm welcome.

So far so good today. I weighed this morning before my shower. I'll put that as my current weight. I am not sure what my starting weight was because I was measured at the dr.s office with clothes and shoes on and it was a few weeks ago. I guess I'll just use that number even though it isn't 100% accurate. It is close enough.

I have had 1500 calories today. I might have one of those 100 calorie popcorn snacks too. I had a nice walk until it started pouring.

walking2lose 03-27-2007 08:32 PM

1291 today... not too bad, considering I ate a lot earlier in the day and really had to pare dinner down. Also walked for 50 minutes (about 20 of that was at a slow jogging pace).

Zoe - cool that you got your first:) egg!!! Considering I eat about 3 eggs a day, I ought to get my own chickens.
