Good morning everywhere..I'm sooooooo tired. My cats flipped out this morning and were making a ton of noise in the bedroom. So I ended up waking up too freakin early.

I'm going to the doctor today. (my usual doc). I figured out what made my stomach hurt so much. The dinner that I ate was expired. I have no idea how I missed that. OH..the reason why I'm going to the doc has nothing to do with what happened yesterday, lol. I already had this appointment. I have to fast for a blood test. And my appt isnt until 11. Joy.

Okay..I'm gonna go back to bed and try to get some more sleep.

I have one that gets skinnier as she gets taller and the other stays solid and is keeping her toddler tummy and is actually quite muscular. (Does anyone else just love toddler muscles!?) I think I may have a long, lean girl and a short, chubbier one! They are so competitive together - wonder how they'll be about each others bodies, looks, hair...

Maria, love your avatar. I'm a huge Wallace and Gromit fan. Good job making excellent choices during happy hour! Strategies like that are what makes keeping weight off long-term possible!

Morning all!

Way togo BLUE team and congrats Lisa! That is phenominal - we're all so proud of you!!!

tkglenn - I'm so sorry that you have to deal with all that. I can't imagine how stressful it must be to live in that environment. I really hope that the meds continue to improve the situation. HUGS GIRL!!!

I loved the suggestion about the step. I also keep a fitness hula hoop in the living room for when I am watching TV in there. I work up a sweat with it pretty quickly - not from the hip movement, but from having to keep my arms up the whole time. It took me a couple weeks to really get it going consistently, but now I do and its great fun! :) Supposedly it burns like 100 calories every 10 mins, but I'm not sure I believe that. Though - like I said, it kicks my butt! ;)

Anyway, I had two NSV's since my last post! :) I decided to take my measurements this morning. I had taken them at the end of January when I was half-heartedly starting this. Since then I am down a total of 5.5 inches. Most of that was in my bust :( and thighs :) and some other little changes here and there. Its good encouragement!

My other NSV is related that stupid box of Krispy Kreme's somebody put on the cabinet next to my desk yesterday. For some reason, that is the cabinet that always gets the food put on it: leftovers from lunches, donuts, cakes, etc. I'm happy to report that I was able to resist it all day yesterday!

I'll be working out at lunch today. My co-worker that I usually lunch with is out on medical leave this week. It always makes it easier to stay OP when she is gone. She'll be back next week though and I'm actually dreading it. She tends to make little snide remarks and things when others are doing things to better themselves - esp in the way of fitness and healthy eating. Sigh.

Hope everyone has a good Terrific Tuesday!

Hey team!

I'm glad my gain didn't cause us to lose. The scale was kinder this morning, so hopefully by weigh-in day I'll be posting a happy number.

Anna- The site looks great. I have to admit that I've never bought boxes to move in my life. We have a huge abundance of paper boxes here at work, so I use them and then they get recycled.

Chelle - I'm still trying to pick out a cabana boy. I'll send you my selection soon. Thanks for all the work you do on this.

I need to get back to work, I just wanted to update my exercise minutes and sig.

Tina - congrats on lost inches!! That's great!

I should have gone for the closer beach - then I'd have gotten my hands on a cabana boy too I think! I'm getting a couple this time!

Thank you!!! I think gromit is probably the cutest thing ever-- especially his concerned faces that he always makes. If real dogs were like gromit, then I'd definitely have one!
