Dessert: 1 tbs almond butter.

d: 2 slices whole wheat bread with smoked salmon, laughing cow cheese, baby roma tomatos, kiwi, tea with splenda (300)

Snack: Raw yellow squash and garlic hummus.

D: Yve's faux salami on sprouted grain bread, hot peppers, romaine lettuce, onions.

Dessert: Watermelon, a few walnuts.
