0 loss for the week. Not surprised. I need to seriously pick myself off and dust myself off and get over the bad choices I have made and just get back on track. I am getting frustrated gaining and losing the same few pounds.

Good morning everyone,

Are we all anxious for the biggest loser tonight. I wasn't impressed with the way it ended last week. I sure hope tonight is not a repeat of the same. I am torn between who I want to go home. I like them both and they both have played the game fair and honestly. Oh well not my say.

I am off to work soon, I hope you all have a good day! Be back tonight after the gym and biggest loser. Bye for now

Cathy/Canada.

Sorry, but I am out of the challenge ladies. I used my two freebies already and then I was out of town with my family on a mini vacation and missed weigh in this week. I am very disappointed because I have gained a lot of motivation from this challenge. If you all don't mind I want to still be a part of the chat. I like reading the posts and I think it helps me a lot.

On vacation we took our girls (3 & 5) to San Antonio. They had a great time at Sea World and the Zoo. My oldest is studying Texas in kinder so she was very excited to go to the Alamo. There were lots of St. Patrick's Day celebrations going on. We got to see a parade with bagpipes, irish dancers, etc...

Cakses - I know exactly how you feel. I have lost the same 6 pounds over and over again. It is very frustrating. I want so badly to get out of the 190's but seem to gain weight everytime I get somewhat close. I wonder how much of mine is self sabatoge. I don't really understand why I do that?

Good morning beautiful ladies~ How is everyone doing today? Well that warm weather I was so happy about came and went It's gloomy and rainy here today. This week is kinda going to be busy with Easter coming. I have to still finish making the kids Easter baskets, grocery shop, get my hair cut...basically I haven't done nothing yet!LOL! I have stayed OP though today is day 23 for me. I hope it isn't annoying me listing my days on here...it's a way for me to keep track. Today is my gym day, so I need to plan a time to get up there. I think I'll go later though when Kev gets home. I pulled chicken out of the freezer, but I'm not sure what I want to do with it...any suggestions?

Good morning ladies! Well DD is home sick, AGAIN! I just don't know what I am going to do. This time it's a fever. Guess I can't very well send her to school with a fever, huh. I know what you mean about losing the same lbs over and over again. I have done the same thing. And most of that is self sabatoge as well. I know I've come a long way, but I still have a long way to go, and I do want to get there.... I think alot of it is stress and frustration with things going on. Well I had better get my things done around the house.

Hi All I didn't lose last week but it's only because my weight bumped up yesterday for some reason (Grrr) it's back down the low 209s today. Oh well more for next week I hope!

Have to go get my workout out of the way and get some work done. Have a great day.

Karen, sorry to hear about your struggles. I am good about getting back on plan when I go off, but I completely hear where you're coming from with "one bite of something makes me eat the whole thing." I am really trying to work on it with the help of the Beck plan... I can't thank you enough for recommending that!

Counting, splitting the food is a great idea, and I definitely always try to do it. But when these dinners stretch on forever, and the food is just sitting there in front of me... it's SO hard! Again, I'm really hoping that I can train myself to learn that the food is wasted whether it gets thrown away or if it goes into my stomach when I wasn't hungry. Trying to teach myself willpower is hard, but I am very determined.

Cathy, I am so excited for TBL, but not sure I'll get to see it tonight. I have a dinner from 8-10, so it's a question of when it goes up so I can watch it on my computer. I probably won't watch till Wednesday night, is my guess.

DK, of course we would love to have you chatting with us!

Tina, I have a ton of recipes for chicken on my blog, with reviews and calorie counts/nutrition stats. On the right side of the page, there is a "tag cloud" and you can click on chicken just to pull those specific ones up.

I am trying to be very, very good today. Had a team dinner last night where I got escargots as my app, because I was thinking the butter would come on the side, and I could skip it, and it would be healthy. Little did I know they would be swimming in pools already! Of course, I ate it anyway. For my entree, I got mussels (pretty healthy)... which then came with a thing of awesome french fries that I just couldn't resist. That is the kind of behavior I am trying to train myself out of, just one day at a time. I have a team dinner tonight and am going to try to get shrimp cocktail as my app, because that I KNOW is not too bad. Not sure about the entree yet, but we'll see... I am eating a very light breakfast and lunch to save up for it.

My daughter is on spring break this week so that means spring cleaning lol. Still to cold to do windows ( which she is glad of ) so they won't get done but everything else will downstairs. My son is off next week and he and I will do the upstairs. Isn't really that much to do that isn't the usual daily thing except move furniture and clean baseboards and then just give everything a good cleaning. Why do the kids make it seem like so much work lol. It is so much easier to have someone help you move the furniture than to do it yourself.

Hi all,

Sorry I haven't been here much. I am still struggling with kid issues and volunteer stress. I have not done well with eating on plan and I was actually thinking of throwing in the towel as far as losing weight goes. I just can't seem to get anywhere with it. However, after spending a few minutes reading the entries here and I guess I am not the only one struggling. It doesn't help anything to give up, right? So, here I go again, promising myself to do better. My goal is just to get through the rest of today on plan.

Hi Red Team!

Just checking in quickly to say hello! Things have been going well for me the last couple of days. I'll be really busy this week, but I'll try to pop in later to chat a bit.

Yesterday, one of the girls here brought in leftover birthday cake. Well, I had a (rather large) piece....as my lunch. Not good. Thus my post from yesterday. Well, today I have not had a piece. Yea! Small victories!

Hi ladies,

Just a quick check in today. I"m at work, mandatory extended day until 4:45pm. UGH, Tuesdays are a drag! I can't wait for biggest Loser tonight. I'll miss the beginning becasue DS has a basketball game from 7-8pm. I'm not going to the gym tonight becasue DBF is coming over, so i'm going to go for a walk after work for 45 - 60 min.

I hope everybody is having a great day! XOXO
