Good Monday Morning everyone

I am back!!! LOL I had a good weekend, I did good on the eating and I went to weigh in this morning and I was down .6. For a Monday I will take that. I am down 2.8 for the week so I am happy. I have gone to the gym already this morning cause I work tonight.

How was everyone's weekend? I havent read all the posts yet this morning. So I am out of the loop. I need to go get groceries now so I will talk to you all later. Have a great day and see you tonight!

Good Monday Morning Red team! Well I need to get my mojo back! Diva thinks I left it on the running track and I think she's right! So here is my plan for today (I plan to do this every morning and I encourage anyone else to do it too)

Breakfast - 1/2 cup egg beaters, 2 slices canadian bacon, 1 slice WW reduced fat cheese, banana, 1 SF/FF mocha

Snack - orange

Lunch - asian inspired veggie soup

snack - yogurt

Dinner - grilled chicken w/ sesame garlic sauce, broccoli and brown rice

3 liters of water throughout the day

1 hour of 1 minute running/4 minutes walking, 15 minutes of hula hooping and 1/2 hour of resistance bands

Okay, I'm running off to shower and hit the books for a few minutes before its time to head to class and the gym.

Have a wonderful day everyone!! I hope yours is a success!

Happy St. Patty's Day Today I'm going to Kyle's school to help out. I haven't been to the school in weeks now. Somebody has been sick every week preventing me from going. My eye is still a little red and swollen, but much better. My stomach is kinda bugging me today. I think the antibotic I'm on is making me a bit queasy. I take it with food, but ever since I started it my stomach has been a little off. I only have 2 more days of it though, so I'll just hang in there. I can't believe Easter is this weekend. I thought we had one more weekend before it came I have a lot to do this week. I have to finish up Easter basket shopping, grocery shop, help at the school...you get the point!LOL! I did go back to Kohl's yesterday and bought the dress I've been looking at. Kev really liked it, and with a tan it will look great. I hate how pasty I look this time of year. Let's see today is day 22 of eating OP! I lost 1 lb this week, and I hit my goal for Easter...I wanted to make it to 143. I'm gonna try for 142, and see if I can make that before Easter. I need to start making a plan about what I'm gonna do with all the candy. Well I'm gonna wash the dishes really quick and then get the kids off to the bus stop. Have a great day ladies~

Hi Ladies!! Happy St. Patrick's Day!! I went and weighed in and stayed the same boggles me. I stayed totally OP and walked 31 miles this past week. I don't know maybe cause I had a big loss last week..? I won't let it bug me though, I'm just happy I didn't go up. I will try to catch up with everyone in a little while, I've got so much to do and Cameron has a band concert tonight. I hope everyone is doing well!!!

I get so homesick on St.Patty's day. Back home in Savannah, GA they have a HUGE parade and everyone parties for day's. It's so much fun. Kind of like Mardi Gras(sp) in New Orleans. we do the beads and the boobies, the whole 9 yards...lol! Ahhh The good Ole day's....

Hope everyone is having a great GREEN day, hehe! I just finished W2D1 of the C25k and I feel wunnerful!!!! Dropped 4.2 lbs last week!

Maybe you have been building muscle.

Tina
Sorry the tummy is acting up. I feel bad for you. Welcome to my world lol. Glad to hear the eye is getting better. Nice going on the weight loss. For the candy, do the kids really need so much candy. How about don't buy much and then there is less of it left over lol. I always bought the kids a bit of candy and then put things like coloring books and crayons in their basket.

Kari
Nice going. Keep cleaning and I bet you lose more weight. Well, at least I do. If I am cleaning I don't have time to put food into my mouth lol.

Hun
Sounds good but I think you need to pick up a few out of the bread/cereal group and a bit more veggies. Just a thought

Cathy
You are dong terrific on the weight loss front.

jl
Glad you are feeling a bit better. Hope your recital goes well.

Cassie
Since with my ibs I have the opposite problem let me tell you something that really cause me problems so it might help you and it is natural. Plums. Oh my gosh I could eat 50 of them a day but I sure know never to eat more than 2 lol. Apple juice works well for my daughter. Stay way from cheeses and peanut butter lol. My daughter has ibs to but she gets the problem you have instead of the problem i have. She tells me they killer her.

Just checking in....haven't been doing great. I don't know what my problem is. When I go off plan once, I have such a hard time getting back on plan. I had a bad day Friday and now today I'm struggling again. I think it's great for those of you who can fit a little sugar in daily and not have it derail you. If I have just a little sugar, I can't stop. Tomorrow I am going to give it my all to stay on plan the entire day.

I am going to tell the hubby that next time I have to get dairy in and I accidentally * hehehe * dump the milk down the drain. Oh my gosh I hate milk lol. Glad you had a good time at the gym. I do know what you mean. It feels great to accomplish something and going to the gym is a big something to accomplish.

I'm back into my routine today and thankful that I didn't gain on the Chicago trip. Laura - I feel your pain about traveling. It is extremely hard to lose weight eating out all of the time. You can't control the ingredients - in fact you can't even tell what is in most dishes. I am blessed to be able to split everything with DH - which really helps. And I have learned that split means 1/3 for me and 2/3 for him.

Well, I'm off to finish the rest of my laundry! Have a great POP evening all!
