Oh Selina, please don't get discouraged. :hug:
You've lost a huge amount of weight so far and 11lbs since starting this challenge. Don't give so much power to the scale. You know you're getting healthier and more beautiful everyday by the good choices you're making. Some weeks I don't lose and some weeks I lose an unusually high amount but it all averages out to about 10lbs a month. Keep on doing what your doing and by the end of this challenge (which will go by in the blink of an eye) I predict you'll be very close to onederland. :goodscale |
Just checking in, Beautiful Blues. I've had a miserably off-plan last week. I've got a game plan for next week and I've also started a notebook for myself. I'm challenging myself to stick to my exercise/diet plans for 12 weeks without fail. I've got worksheets to fill out every day, and a system in place in case I feel like failing. I've worked out "reward" intervals for myself for when I meet my goals for X amount of time. I'm feeling positive about "starting over". I took a freebie week for this weigh-in so I don't hurt the team. Depending on where I am at the end of the week, I MAY take my second one. We'll see.

I think I will try the egg sometime this week. I don't have a lot of time to cook breakfast in the morning but I will try that some time this week. thanks for the advice!

Happy Monday and Happy October!
Today was a great weigh-in for me...3 pounds lost! Went shopping this weekend and I tried on clothes for my trip in November. I can almost fit into some nice dress pants in size 22, but I'm waiting until right before my trip to buy pants. Hopefully, lots of inches will be gone from my tummy by then! I did buy a really nice sweater...in size 1X! I started this journey in six 26 jeans and 3X shirts. For today, my goal is to stay on-plan and do 60 minutes on the treadmill. I havent been on the treadmill since Friday. For this month, my goal is to be on-plan every day and work out for at least 20 days. Selina - 36 days on-plan...Wow, you rock! I'm sorry that those stupid scales aren't giving you the reward that you deserve. Are you measuring? I bet you've lost some inches and it's taking the scales a bit of time to catch up. Hang in there...you're doing great! Azure - We have faith in you....I'm sure you'll be successful with your game plan this week. How are the rest of my fellow Blue team members? Morning Ladies!
Well it's invoicing week for me here at the office! Hopefully my boss won't wait 10 days again so I have to send another letter out explaining why they are so late! He has a bad habit of staying away from the office at the end of the month! Daniel is sock today and I'm glad I'm at work so I'm not at home catching it. I think he has a sinus infection but you never know so I'm being extra careful. We had lots of sodium yesterday so I'm glad I've already used my freebie week for last week. Oh last week was a diet nightmare. I think I had fast food almost every meal everyday last week (because of the baby stuff and it's just there.) I did eat WW at Applebee's Saturday so I think that was ok. I just need to get to the store again. But of course its rent week and that means we are broke! I looked at the weigh in thread and it looks like a lot of people still need to weigh in:

I'm weighed in now! I spent the weekend at camp with my brownies, so had to push my weigh-in back a day.
I was totally expecting to use a freebie week this week because camp generally means LOTS of eating... but somehow I *lost* this week! I am pretty surprised, but I guess I was moving my butt more than I thought. |

Just popping in to say a quick hi! I have two of my kids home sick today :( Both of them have really bad coughs with runny noses, and low fevers! I feel awful for them! So today is snuggle time with the two of them! Kev and I had a great weekend. We hiked for 4 hours on Saturday...it was like a 13 plus mile hike! It felt great! Eating was not good this weekend, so I was down only 1/2 lb this week! This is going to be a way better week! Well I'm off to snuggle with the kiddies! Have a great Monday ladies! :)

Hello everyone! My little one is home sick today too! She is going to the Dr. this afternoon, as she may have pink eye - yuck!!
I was horrible last week too! I am using a freebie this week ;) Well, I need to run as I have a ton of stuff to get done while my daughter is napping (since she is home today and I won't get much work done otherwise!). Best, Charity |

Howdy all~ Sorry I've not been around, just been a busy week. I weighed in, only lost .6, :rolleyes: I don't know wth is going on. I've been working out daily, staying within my points, tracking everything, drinking water, blahblahblah. It's so frustrating. Yes my clothes are looser, but I'm puzzled as to why the scale barely shows any improvement. I tell ya if I wasn't going to meetings and doing this with you all, I'd probably just say :censored: it. But then the only person it hurts is me. So I keep on keeping on. :dizzy:
I'll try to catch up with all the posts later. I hope everyone is doing well and sending get well soon vibes to all the kiddos who are sick. :hug: |
Oh my, so many sick children this week! Does this always happen at the beginning of fall when they go back to school? I've just had a sick husband to deal with, but that hasn't been too bad. Hoping to have a nice slowish week at work, so that should make it easier to cook at home and eat healthy. When I weighed in this morning (down 1.8!) I checked my BMI and I'm no longer overweight! I'm the very top most weight for "healthy" but hey, i sure haven't been here in a long while! I hope everyone is having a good monday :)

Not happy....
I am sorry that I had to take my freebie this week. I am not sure what I could have done differently except calorie timing. I did eat after 7 each day, but I went to the gym 5 times (200 minutes) and kept my calories under 1500 each day, averaging 1243 for the week. I just have to have faith that it will all catch up. When I did WW, it usually took two weeks for anything to really catch up to me, good or bad. Maybe next week will be amazing. I hope so....I am getting a bit discouraged. In the good news, I ran for 30 consecutive minutes for the 1st time tonight, so I am feeling mighty powerful! |

Good morning everybody,
Just popping in to say a quick hello before I head out to work. I just started anew job yesterday, so although exciting also very nerve racking. I thonk though I made a fantastic chopice and I will love working there. I was really disappointed at weigh in on Saturday as I was so on track last week with eating and exercise but nothing really happened ...I stayed the same...oh well all I can do is keep moving along as this plateau is killing me. I really want to see some kind of movement for the better soon. Well I have to run, but I hope you all have a fantastic Tuesday. Sara |
