So strange.. I had posted yesterday.... wierd!...

PIXIKAT.. I have posted that I wondered how you were doing.. I am so glad you are doing well! (eh some days) Please come back to keep us up with how and what you are doing. HAVE a great time visiting your friend in Seattle! (Per IanG... alcohol + NO FOOD = weight loss sometimes).. tho don't drive! LOL HUGS to you!

Hey Pixie, great to see you. Congrats on breaking though that weight barrier. Please do come around more often. Vodka and diet tonic is pretty good.

Noshoes, congrats on the dairy and chocolate. That's terrific. Please o heck in often. We still have close to a month unil Easter.

Ames, I am following Atkins 72. Time for me to get serious about this challenge. Three weekend of houseguests and parties nd eating out and I'm at 149.8 this morning.

Good job figuring out what works for you Sarah.

Lulu, you're about to hit the 160's. Now that's something to celebrate!

Aww I love you guys! Ok, I'll come back. I only left cause the yo-yoing was driving me nuts. But I think that not being here daily made it too easy to go off track here and there.

Happy Wednesday!! Checking in at 171 this morning...I was sure I was going to see 170 or lower but the scale is a tease.....

Hi Pixikat - 80/20 is still good...choosing a WOE is trial and error...life is not perfect!! The best thing to do is to try again the next meal to make the best on-plan choices!!

Ames - It looked like you only ate about 400 calories by 3 pm ...that is not enough in my opinion. I know it is hard to look past immediate weight loss but I promise if you stick to a consistent WOE you will see the weight melt away!! It stinks but slow and steady will get you to your goal!!

Sue/Calee - keep up the great work!!!

Ames, I have not been following much of anything besides low carb for the last three weeks because I had my son here for 5 weeks, then a houseguest the last two weekends. I apparently get easily distracted from my goals. I'm now, at 150 this morning focusing again on Atkins 72 because it's the closest to M&E. I do dairy instead of eggs. I am allergic to eggs and I think they cause inflammation. Drats because I do love them.

It's a good thing Easter is still three weeks away because March has been a wash for me. That's sounds better than a FAIL! ACK!!!

Happy Thursday!!! As a true New Englander says " I'm wicked happy" to report 169!!!!! My original goal for this challenge was 167 for march 17th and 160 by Easter...of course I thought I'd already be at goal by the end of December but I still had some lessons to learn like patience!!! I've never seen anything from 178 to 169 as an adult so it's all a victory!!

True confession: I try on my goal pants - size 34 painter jeans almost everyday to get a gauge on the muffin top!! I felt good enough the other day to show my husband - still can't walk out of the house with them on but soon!!

Dear 165 - I'm planning on seeing you!! - Lulu NH

Sue, I've got the sodium thing happening as well. I think it's my chili that I made.

Hanging in at 149.8 which is 2 pounds over my weight when my son came home March 6th. This has been a rough month for me in many ways. Not. Giving. Up!
