Congrats Ames!!!

That's a hard earned compliment Lulu!! Love it.

I'm having a good morning but ws up all night with horrid leg cramps.

I worked 13.5 hours yesterday, then went straight to airport to get Z last night. After a 5 hour conference call I was exhausted.

This weekend staying as low carb as possible given we I'll eat out a lot. Saturday is a carb refeed day after meat and Eggz since Sunday.

Scale is kind. Carbs have been under 20 all week. Very little dairy, only in coffee.

Easter Challenge - April 20th

Yesterday walked 90 minutes, cooked and cleaned. Did my Meat and Eggz refeed as per the program. One meal that was not bad. 4 tortilla chips, 4 crackers, one slice pound cake, s trawberries, 2 dates, 2 wine. Up three pounds from Thursday but worse is how I feel. Going for a long walk in the woods to recover this morning.

Callee, how long did you do meat & eggs? I've never done that, but I've seen others get results. I've never seen the high carb refeed part though. Could you do it with just fruit and veg and get the same benefits?

My major commitments :

- weigh in daily (I already do this)
- keep a daily food log (I've seriously resisted this and it is hard for me to commit to, but frankly I think it's what I will need to do to move through this weight decade that has stalled me for years in the past)

196.8 Feb 15 (leave on vacation)
198.2 Feb 16 (travel scale 196.2)
196.4 Feb 17 (travel scale 194.4)
197.4 Feb 18 (travel scale 195.4)
DNW Feb 19
197.4 Feb 20 (travel scale 195.4)
198.4 Feb 21 (travel scale 196.4)
197.8 Feb 22 (travel scale 195.8)
198.6 Feb 23 (travel scale 196.6)
196.4 Feb 24 (travel scale 194.4)
199.4 Feb 25 (travel scale 197.4)
198.8 Feb 26 (travel scale 196.8)
DNW Feb 27 (return from vacation)
198.6 Feb 28
196.6 Mar 1 --> begin AutoImmune Protocol (no dairy, eggs, nightshades, etc)
195.0 Mar 2
194.6 Mar 3 (40 pounds!)
193.4 Mar 4
193.4 Mar 5
192.4 Mar 6
193.2 Mar 7
192.4 Mar 8
194.4 Mar 9
195.0 Mar 10

Weight bounced up yesterday and stayed up today. Not sure why but will just ride it out before I tweak anything. Possibly it's hormonal.

Hi Girls Happy Monday.. trying to be positive today..
Had a bad weekend. Couple reasons. But I wont go through all of that..
Had pizza on Saturday. Was good. but woke up Sunday feeling so sick..
Because I been eating so clean. and didn't..My system said. What the heck is this sludge!

Still feeling down.. Wont even step on the scale until a few clean eating days to see what damage I did..

Calee!! how did the 5k go?. A did a couple of them in my life time. I loved it.
I lost 30 lbs training for my first one. I always did a speedwalk not run. but the way my backs been lately, don't think I should even attempt that. Not to mention no one ever wants to do it with me..

LULU holding is better than gaining!! I hope that cold leaves you soon and your back to being your self!!

Sarainparis! hi!!! I know the hormonal thing.. argh.. Good luck. I hope you get a swoosh of weight loss soon!

NewMe12 I hope all is going good for you!!! Happy Monday.

Hang in there Sarah, your body is just confused. It really means to be going the other way. It will figure it out soon.

Lulu...so sorry you are still feeling bad! Proud of you for exercising while sick. That is one area I've got to do better in.

Calee...it sounds like you could have done a lot worse. The most important thing is that you had a great time with your son! Hope those lbs leave you soon and you feel better.

Ames...I'm sorry your weekend was bad. Hope things get better! I've had pizza with my son twice since I started this. I usually eat a salad and then eat the toppings off 4-6 pieces of pizza (they're small at CiCi's Pizza . Everything is going good here. My daughter is home from college for spring break so I'm enjoying her!

Sue...I miss reading your posts. Hope everything is ok!

Well back to work for me tonight. I hope everyone has a great week and that a lot of lbs dissapear (and stay gone)!!

Dropping Z at airport this morning. Back on steak and Eggz. Knew I would eat off plan and I did. How quickly 3 pounds come back.

Sarah, I won't do refeed again, this was special occasion. Next time just fruit to replenish glycogen and not often, maybe 12 days.

I walk a 5k several times a week. There is a path around the lake in my front yard that is 5k. Easy to do.

Gotta run and shower to get to airport.

Laterz.....

Calee...Right... And how slowly they come off!!
Topaz...great job! Glad to hear from you. Keep it up.
Lulu...so sorry. The weight gain is probably just water retention from the sodium in your chicken soup. Feel better soon!
