Default 15 lbs by New Years

Figured I would start this today ... Life can be a challenge during the Holiday season and more so when we are working to stay on plan - so here is a new challenge to help us get thru those rough times with the support of our friends.

We can do this! Day by day and meal by meal ....

This might just be what I need to keep focused. I've been back on track for two months, but this past week started hitting the "blahs" and need to re-energize and re-commit.

I usually lose slowly, so I'll be happy to be down by 10 at year end, if it's 15 all the better.

Back for the long haul ...... so count me in!! I sure need the challenge. Ive regained and dont like it and told myself i wasnt going to do that since my wls. I have my second knee surgery Dec 1 and I want to take off some more weight before surgery. Im doing Atkins cause its worked for me before when nothing else worked.

I'd like to join. My tickers will be all wrong, but I will updat them this evenning when I get home. A week ago Friday weighed in at my heaviest ever. I have been critisizing my image in the mirror since then and basically feeling sorry for myself. Time for action. My son is 18 months old and can't use him as an excuse anymore! Started induction today with out weighing in. Getting new scale and weighing in tomorrow.

Making a point to include exercise to see those dress sizes go down faster and body look better.

today is cold and snowing... good soup day. Anyone got a new recipe to try. someone mentioned cauliflower, how do you make it..
Im following atkins so im going back to induction and getting back on track. Been gaining to much and dont like it!!
got to work on my ticker not quite right yet, trying to get url off the signature, any ideas ?

Hey everyone! I'm in for this challenge! I don't know what my starting weight is. I'll weigh in tomorrow before bfast. I'm pretty sure my ticker is wrong since it's been a longggg time since I updated it LOL!
