I have been eating SO much worse than usual lately. Maybe it's because Thanksgiving is near and I want comfort food, but that's probably just an excuse...

Yeah, I don't know what's up with me lately. Tomorrow I plan on going a little bit over with carbs as well and then getting back on track 100% on Friday, back down to 20 or less. (Note to self, PLEASE add more veggies!)
