I did awesome today!

Breakfast: 3 eggs (1.5) and coffee with sugar twin and 1 scoop coffee mate (2.5)

Lunch: Salad with ham and 3 cheese ranch dressing (6, 3.5 from veggies)

Dinner: Steak and tons of veggies (9 just from veggies)

19 carbs

thanks! i took it 2 weeks ago and i felt pretty good b/c i had lost about 5 lbs at that point.

I count them as 1 because thats what it says on my carton but I think steph counts them as .5 because that is what is technically in them.

I figure labels round up and round down by .5 so it all comes out in the end (somethings that I eat will be 20.4 and counted as 20 and some will be 19.6 and counted as 20 and in the end it will even out to about 20 etc)

Just got back from my job's Halloween party filled with cakes, pies, cookies, brownies, a caramel apple station with all the toppings you can imagine, candy, and a bunch of other sweets. What did I have? A 1.5L bottle of water....and it was DELICIOUS!!!
