Not very hungry today, ate a pretty carby dinner but it was easy and I couldn't find anything else. I'll plan better tomorrow. It doesn't help that I'm out of eggs--my number one go-to food!
Im a returning member and would like to join in.. Ive gained back 20 pounds and thats deep trouble for me. Just plain to many carbs!!
Im having knee surgery in January and would like to get some weight off before hand. So Atkins is the answer to me..

I was in the ER until 1pm and now I'm not feeling hungry so...

We don't have any canned chicken! I wanted some for dinner w/ mayo...we also don't have any eggs. I'm living on pumpkin desserts, cheese and nuts lol.
Im just checkin in and starting my first day. Dug out my old atkins book and im starting induction tomorrow. I forgot some of the basics so just ate low carb today...

readyfreddy--I had REALLY bad stomach pain yesterday morning (excruciating) and had to go to the ER for it. They tested my blood and everything seems to be normal. They gave me pain medication, and then the pain never came back (hooray!) but I'm still a little bit concerned.

lunch: taco meat on a lc tortilla w/ cheese and sour cream (12.6)
dinner: carl's jr burger w/ no ketchup (burger patty, cheese, and mayo wrapped in lettuce, a tiny bit of onion) I picked off the tomato...I don't like them. (3)

snack: some regular pepsi it was probably like 1/4 cup (5)? maybe...squeeze cheese (1)

dinner: 3/4 of 2 almond pancakes (about 8 carbs for both, so I'd say I consumed about 6 carbs) with sugarfree syrup (2) and a tiny bit of 2 fried eggs (0.5)? (8.5)
dinner?: I guess the almond pancakes were "lunch" then lol. Carls jr. lowcarb burger (3)
snack: crystal light (2) some sugarfree caramel candies (0)
total: 22.5
Not the best food choices, but at least I didn't go over my carbs.
