    snack: crystal light (2)
    dinner: 1/2 cup broccoli and cheese soup with a side of rotisserie chicken (5.5)
    snack: pepperoni stick, eggnog tea w/ 1 tbsp half&half and 1 pack splenda (1)
    total: 21.5

    Snack - two pineapple guava fruit (10)

    (I PROMISE to eat veggies tomorrow.... )

    lunch: 1/2 cup broccoli and cheese soup and 3 strips bacon (5.5)
    snack: 15 almonds (2.7)
    dinner: family is ordering pizza, so pizza toppings (cheese, pepperoni, sausage, jalapenos, olives, and sauce) i'll say 10 to be safe
    total: 20.2

    snack: pepperoni stick (1) little bite of pizza topping (0.5)
    dinner: stuffed chile, sour cream and a few small slices of cheese (8)
    snack: deviled egg halves (2)
    total: 18

    I need to add more veggies...but I have cut out a LOT of the cheese I was eating so that's a plus.
  • Ugh...bad day today. I ate but my meals were so NOT filling that I was starving again at 12:30AM and scarfed almonds and bacon.

    dinner: chile verde burrito on a lc tortilla w/ cheese and sour cream (11)
    snack: 4 strips bacon 30 almonds and a bite of guacamole/salsa...(6)

    so not hungry...ate the green beans and nuts for veggies/fat.
  • I have been eating SO much worse than usual lately. Maybe it's because Thanksgiving is near and I want comfort food, but that's probably just an excuse...

    breakfast: none
    lunch: beef and cheese burrito on a lc tortilla w/ sour cream (14)
    dinner: 2 pizza toppings w/ ranch... (12)
    snack: 5 slices salami (2?) drink of milk (0.5) pizza topping and some ranch (6)
    total: 34.5
    Yeah, I don't know what's up with me lately. Tomorrow I plan on going a little bit over with carbs as well and then getting back on track 100% on Friday, back down to 20 or less. (Note to self, PLEASE add more veggies!)

    I have a hard time eating more than that.... any ideas to get my carb count up?? I dropped 22lbs this month already I think it is coming off tooo fast is not good.

  • Is it okay if I post what I'm eating for a week? I think posting will help me stay on plan this week after my Thanksgiving fun. Just ignore me if you want to; I won't be sad or tell me to start a new post.

    snack: pumpkin pie (7)
    dinner: egg/bacon scramble w/ a little bit of cheese and jalapenos (2.5)
    snack: eggnog tea (0) pumpkin bread w/ cream cheese frosting (7)
    total: 26.5

    I went a little bit over, probably because I decided to have pumpkin pie AND pumpkin bread, lol. At least I kept dinner light. I'm trying to stay under 25 carbs so 26.5 isn't too bad.
