Mama - i made that recipe with subs. I used greek yog rather than cream cheese. It came out so so

dinner - side salad with ranch (8), hamburger patty with cheese (1), grilled onions (5), bacon (0), and wing sauce (I'm scared this had sugar in it.... I'm going to count it as (3) and hope for the best.
total 28.5 (oops) but I passed up tons of candy and french fries so still better than I would have done!

Brought a piece of the pumpkin bake ( http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/3524597-post46.html ) to work today for breakfast (instead of my usual protein shake) and loved it. It's a good thing I only brought one piece with me. I topped it with a little cool whip free.
Dinner: Blackened Cajun chicken at white spot with veggies and a ceasar salad with no croutons, half a bottle of wine and coffee with khalua in it and some whipped cream on top, then two long shots of espresso with white mocha. (1000's haha)
Go big or go home right? It was a epic cheat and my weight's down .6 from the day before. I'll see it in a few days.
dinner - i made soup with zucchini, onions, garlic, carrots, tomatoes, celery, white wine and steak tips (I'm guessing 10 for a bowl but I didn't do a breakdown)
