Well somehow my scale says that I've reached my goal! 182! Woo-hoo! I'll have to do a final check on my dads scale over the weekend to get a 2nd opinion. But right now I'm going along with my scale. I attribute it to eating less and starting to mall walk with my boyfriend. Plus I've been sick and not really hungry. Good luck to everyone out there. Believe me, if I can do it ANYONE can because I am so bad about meaning well and not following through. I'll be ready for a March challenge. I'll be here until I get to 165! And then hopefully 150 or 140! Later!

Well, I'm probably not going to meet my goal, but the important thing is that I have lost some this month. I'm down to 184 and I'm going to get a ton of exercise this weekend from moving, so I may go down another. On the other hand I predict that we will eat out a bit, so I may not. Anyway have a good weekend ladies! The computer goes in a box tomorrow, so I probably won't be around until Monday.

I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while. I'm feeling crappy (had to have my depression meds upped), have gained weight, and I feel sh*tty.

Red face February Challenge - Halfway There!

My February Challenge Results:

I tried to go from 198 to 188, and got as far as 193. 5 pounds instead of 10 - argh!

But I am not deterred, in March I am going to try again for 10, and this time I think I will make it! So from 193 to 183! Yeah! I can do this!
