1) State your plan
No specific plan as of yet, I am heavily looking into Protein Power though. My plan is just basic low carbs, but I want to start actually counting my carbs.
2) State your weight loss goal
Lose 4 lbs or 2 inches on my waist or hips.
3) State your emotional goal, i.e. to be able to be angry without eating
Try not to exchange shopping for eating like I did in January.
4) State your water intake goal
64 oz's a day.
5) State your exercise goal
Some form of exercise everyday, 3 days of cardio/week, 3 days of weight training/week.
6) State your other goals, whatever they may be
Get a little bit more organized.
