well yesterday wimped out, i was only good for half of tae bo. i just ain't cordinated for the cardio. i really miss the tape i lost i loved doing that one.
oh well. got up this morning and the first thing i did was 2 mile WATP. gonna try for on afternoon session too.

YOU'RE doing GREAT, girl!! DH and I used to do the Tai-Bo tapes, and we loved them. I really liked the 20 minute one. The hour long was just too much for me.
I started a new class today at school called Walking Fitness. I'm getting a credit to walk around at school for 40 minutes every Monday and Wednesday! Yay! So now it is Yoga Tuesday and Thursday (with an optional Friday class taught by a friend) and Walking every other day of the week (40 minutes M & W, 20 minutes Saturday and 1 hour Sunday). Plus BF and I just bought an exercise ball and I'm learning to do crunches on it, however right now I just can't seem to even balance on it. LOL!
Hi everyone. Is it o.k. if just jump in? Anyway, went to aqua-aerobics today, but the teacher, and all the other teachers, were on vacation due to Spring break. The director, seeing the confused and bereft expression on my face, let me in for free! Except for the swim team, I almost had the pool to myself. They had Bob Marley on the sound system, so I just did the hour's routine as usual. Pretty soothing, actually.
Sunday I cut my toe open on the bottom and haven't been able to do much!! Driving me nuts just sitting here...But I had too cause I kept doing stuff and then bowling last night opened up the wound again. Phoooey!!!!!
