Noodles, whew sounds like you need a nice hot bath, with some fresh cut flowers scenting the room.,

Mauvais, You continue to inspire me. You are a woman of motion.

I have been walking home from my friends. and did some major house scrubbing. but the weather is getting nicer here. and i have noticed that i have been getting out and about more. so here is to winter hibernation ending.

Thanks Heather!

I should have abs of steel and major arm toning by the summer - especially after last night's class... all we practiced was arm movements holding tealights (unbreakable) in order to practice dancing with lit candles. You have to keep your palms out straight and your arms up the whole time to avoid dropping the candles or spilling wax . My biceps are killing me this morning

Tuesday

Cleaned up the garage!
Moved junk!
Bathed the dog too!

(Today was even hotter...91°, so since she could dry outside, the stinky dog became a sweet-smelling dog! )

Yeah...we've been breaking records around here. I'm not complaining! 90° & up is perfect for ol' Noodles here.

Since I'm UP so EARLY...I am going to attempt to ride my bike down to the pool and swim for 45 minutes. Then go and dig some holes for the trees that we bought in September but never got planted.

I finally walked!!!! Well, I figured that since it was spring break from work and I had no excuses like getting home late, or being busy or tired, then I should get out on this beautiful day and have a walk in the park that is only a block away. It was nice, a little too windy, but nice to know that I finally willed myself into exercise. I could only make myself go around the park twice, but I'm truly grateful that my legs did not give out on me!

Thursday

Re-arranged the living room.

Includes: taking everything out of the giant TV center we have, dusting and windexing all of the photos and nick-nacks and what nots, taking out the shelves and cleaning those too, moving the beast to the other side of the room, then moving the couches, tables and chairs around 100 times or so until hubby saw fit, then slowly putting it back. I started this project at 4 PM and we're about ½ way through... Will finish tomorrow!! I took pics too for all of ya to see this MESS...befores and afters.

Here is a pic of what the living room looked like before...we moved the love seat into the bedroom for the dog. SPOILED DOG!!

Here is one of the beast I cleaned off and moved...taken last year.
