  • 30 minute walk at lunch time today
  • First week February
    Hi there,

    New Month, New Commitment!

    Goal: 6 days a week, get some darn exercise! WATP, Go to the Gym, or get at least 10k steps.

    Mon Jan 31 - Resting. I had a full week last week.
    Tue Feb 1 - WATP 3 mile
    Wed Feb 2 -
    Thu Feb 3 -
    Fri Feb 4 -
    Sat Feb 5 -
    Sun Feb 6 -

  • tuesday: 6.33 miles
  • Tuesday - 3 miles on bike another 1/2 on the treadmill and a round of weights

    Wednesday - One hour water aerobics classs. Too depressing, I'm way too young to be swimmin to the oldies. but it's easier on my body.
  • tuesday: one hour sculpting (weights) class and 1 hr. on the bike (about 14.5 miles) and 300 jumps on the jump rope

    wednesday: 1 hr on the bike (about 13.5 miles today) and 300 jumps on the jump rope and 15 minutes toning troublesome areas and about 15 minutes stretching
  • 2 miles on walk away the lbs...and I am ACHE'IN...I think yesterdays 6+ miles did me in!!!
  • 2 days in a row on the bike. Good, but not good enough cause I am missing my weight training.

  • 90 minutes of belly dancing tonight! and I had to run errands for the office today so I got to sneak in a 30 minute walk while doing that....
  • 3.90 miles, 2 of em on walk away the lbs and 1.90 outside...

    Not a clue how far we walked today, but it was a long way. Walking the Castle was challenging, an awful lot of steps, with only a rope to hang on to, and I am scared of heights!!! Quite an achievement!!!!
