First week February
Hi there,
New Month, New Commitment!
Goal: 6 days a week, get some darn exercise! WATP, Go to the Gym, or get at least 10k steps.
Mon Jan 31 - Resting. I had a full week last week.
Tue Feb 1 - WATP 3 mile
Wed Feb 2 -
Thu Feb 3 -
Fri Feb 4 -
Sat Feb 5 -
Sun Feb 6 -
I can do it!

Tuesday - 3 miles on bike another 1/2 on the treadmill and a round of weights
Wednesday - One hour water aerobics classs. Too depressing, I'm way too young to be swimmin to the oldies. but it's easier on my body.

tuesday: one hour sculpting (weights) class and 1 hr. on the bike (about 14.5 miles) and 300 jumps on the jump rope
wednesday: 1 hr on the bike (about 13.5 miles today) and 300 jumps on the jump rope and 15 minutes toning troublesome areas and about 15 minutes stretching

90 minutes of belly dancing tonight!  and I had to run errands for the office today so I got to sneak in a 30 minute walk while doing that....

The other place I exercised today
Not a clue how far we walked today, but it was a long way. Walking the Castle was challenging, an awful lot of steps, with only a rope to hang on to, and I am scared of heights!!! Quite an achievement!!!!
