wednesday: 1 hr on the bike (about 13.5 miles today) and 300 jumps on the jump rope and 15 minutes toning troublesome areas and about 15 minutes stretching

Not a clue how far we walked today, but it was a long way. Walking the Castle was challenging, an awful lot of steps, with only a rope to hang on to, and I am scared of heights!!! Quite an achievement!!!!
