Hopefully they are also on my new insurance, so I can get it done there. It's really small, mostly for childbirth and gynecological surgeries. I'd just about like to get it over with.

If I can make it through David Copperfield tonight without having a nervous breakdown, surely I can make it through surgery! Large arenas completely freak me out. I've not been in one (or anywhere else big and exciting!) since I went nuts in 1998.
I hate hospitals. Period. I only like to visit them when someone I know has a baby. Other than that...bleah!! But...I am glad we have them for times of need...I would of died a few times had I not been able to get to a hospital (tubal pregnancy, hit by a car, heart problems, liver problems) but I still dont like them.

I think you'll be sooo glad you got the surgery Jennifer!! Once the inital couple of days is over its like you are a new person. It's amazing!! Had I known I would of felt this good after getting my ovaries fixed, I would of did it in 1998 when I was first told too. I was being a big then...bawk!!! But I have no regrets...cept wishing I would of did it sooner.
**hugs**

Awwww Jen I know the feeling - I sometimes get anxiety attacks when I am at places like costco or Walmart on a Saturday (I try to go during the non-peak periods most of the time). I feel like everything is looming over me (since stuff is stacked to the ceiling) and the crowds of people contribute to my anxiousness.

Try to focus on the show and have a good time - I'm sure you will do fine

I HATE crowds. I get nervous too. Especially if I'm in an enclosed area. I worry "what if there's a big fire and we all can't get to the exit?" Stuff like that. As soon as I get into a movie theater I plot my way to the nearest exit, just in case. I can go to the swap meet though, even when semi-crowded, I think cause it's open and airy and theres like all sorts of ways to get outta there if need be. Weird huh... I try to do my shopping at night...less people there and plus the Wally World here stocks the shelves at night so I get better pickings.

That is very kind of you Noodles.

I saw David Copperfield on a parade float when I was in New Orleans for Mardi Gras

He was close enough to reach out and touch - he looked right at me and tossed me a necklace - no I did not flash him- (ellis et al get your minds out of the gutter)

I thought- hey, he is actually kind of cute - why were all these men's magazines trashing him for going out with Claudia Schiffer? They were really mean and referring to them as beauty and the beast - I mean she doesn't look like a beast to me
