  • Monday

    1 Light & Fit Creamy Vanilla Yogurt
    2 Kashi Go-Lean Blueberry Waffles w/SF FF Syrup
    1 Glass Apple Juice

    1 Serving Spaghetti
    3 Meatballs
    1 Quart Water

    Snacks:
    1 Diet Dr. Pepper


  • slimfast shake with 1 cup 1 % milk
    1 tea with sweetener
    salad
    beef curry stew
    1 cup no fat yogurt
    1 apple
    and tonight I will have a 6" cold cut trio sub

    and then I weigh in...........

    Feeling a bit better today (cough, cough, cough)

    Tuesday:

    Slept through breakfast
    Soup, crackers and tea for lunch
    lots of water and herbal tea
    actually had more soup for dinner

    1 Quart Water

    8 Oz. Cottage Cheese
    1 Quart Water

    ½ Bowl Chicken Noodle Soup
    1 Grilled Chicken Breast
    "California Medley" Veggies
    A Few Chunks Of Red Potatoes
    1 Roll
    1 Quart Water

    Snacks:
    ½ Of The Kids Pretzel & Cheese Dip Sauce
    1 Quart Water

    1 chicken brochette

    1 can of Fresca

    1 Cup Decaf. SF. Non Dairy Creamer Coffee
    1 Quart Water

    1 Grilled Chicken Salad
    1 Diet Pepsi
    1 Quart Water

    1 Piece Fried Chicken Breast (Peeled most of the skin off)
    Steamed Carrots
    1 Roll
    1 Quart Water

    Snacks:
    1 Tootsie Pop

    1 coffee
    1 muffin
    homemade Scotch Broth soup
    wheat crackers & low fat cheese
    1 WW 2 points bar
    lots of water and herbal tea
    dinner will be baked porkchop with greens beans and brown rice
    1 can v-8

    B bacon, eggs and cheese

    L Lean Cuisine carb counting turkey and green beans

    D Cyclone Chicken, sauteed veggies, salad and dark bread at Outback.


    Too much fat today!!!

    1 roast beef au jus w/side salad

    did not eat any junk at the movie

    turkey sandwich
    cream of wheat
    1 c. applesauce
    6 (burp) cookies

    Thursday

    1 c bran & 1 c milk
    1 apple
    1 c yogurt
    bun w/ turkey
    1 large salad
    6" cold cut trio sub
    1 low fat hot choco
    8 cookies (low fat lemon tea biscuits - yum)

  • Friday

    1 Piece Chicken
    1 Quart Water
    1 Diet Dr. Pepper
  • Noodles - I hope that's all you've had so far today. You must eat more girl!
