Ate well most of the time this weekend but had one large dinner out and it was mostly bad, high in fat and calories! I did my Wii workout this morning and forced myself to do some tough stuff like the hoola hoop exercise. Lol. I also found a new snack that I think is pretty good. Newton fruit thin cookies. Whole wheat and very good!
Hey, all! You like those Newton fruit thins, Cindy? Hmmm. I guess that’s why you started out with so few pounds to lose! I tried them, too, and was totally disappointed because they’re so much smaller than they look on the outside of the box!
So glad that your health seems back to normal. Rie….as for the weather, well, yep. We have just emerged from a week of mostly rain, and while we have sunny days predicted all week long, the WF’s are saying thunder showers for Saturday & Sunday. Bah, humbug! No fair for the sun to only shine when I’m in the office! Karen31, thanks for thinking of me my dear – yes, indeed, I surely do need some “me” time. I have my beach chair in the back of my car, and plan to stop by the lake on my way home tonight and spend a half hour or so relaxing and soaking up some sunshine. (dd2’s baby shower yesterday pretty near exhausted me!)
Speaking of baby showers, looks like that’s what you and I were both up to yesterday, PT. I made dd a baby afghan, too. Of course she IS my dd, so in addition to the afghan, she got the crib & mattress that she picked out and a whole bunch of baby clothes that I’ve been accumulating since she announced that she was pregnant. The afghan that I made was the only handmade gift that she got, too. What IS this world coming to? Nancy, I’m worried about those swelling ankles of yours. Is there any way you can get them checked out by a doctor? If you are without health insurance, there IS a requirement for certain hospitals to provide free services. This is a link to information about the Hill-Burton act. Please check it out? http://www.hrsa.gov/gethealthcare/af...le/hillburton/ Freda, I am always heartened by your ability to eat so conservatively. I just keep telling myself, “Some day, that will be me.” You are definitely one of my role models! Marie! 20 miles! OMG. I can’t imagine ever doing 20 miles on my bike! I think I’ve actually done something when we manage 5 !!!! I am in awe, and nearly speechless, but you know me…never totally speechless!
Hope everyone else is having a nice…or if not nice, a bearable – Monday. Oh, and Freda? If you have her number, maybe it’s time to give Bobbi a call? I’m getting a little worried…? Z
Morning everyone. still rainy here. Im a bit frustrated this am. one of the things about being handicapped that drives me nuts is waiting on someone else to do something i need done. i feel guilty even talking about it as compared to others troubles this is so minor however. the dh was suppose to vacume befor he went to the cabin and of course it didnt get done. my grkids eat sunflower seeds and daisy knocked over a bowl of shells on the floor and i was tired of tracking the seeds all over. so i tried to pick them up with my grabber,it didnt work well and it would take me till next tuesday to do it that way. so i used my walker and dragged the vacume into kitchen, plugged it in and then used the wheel chair and tried to vacume sheesh what a job i did manage to get them partly cleaned up but now im pooped.i guess i could look at it as exercise.and thats my story and sticking to it,sry for the rant. for all the mocha lovers you should try Glick expresso protein mocha(get it at amazon .com) it has all vitamins an minerals init and it tastes good. 130 cal a serving.drink hot or cold.i make mine in the blizzard with ice.very yummy.nancy i havent made any slusshies in my new icecream maker but theres recipes in the booklet for them.Im wondering about Bobbie to,its not like her to be gone from us GG so long. if you noticed my ticker i only have 3# to go for my 100# loss.im working hard for it. keep on trucking everyone we can be healthier and stronger with alittle help from each other.have an awsome day rosey
rosey - sorry about the mess! I would have been unhappy too. Thanks for the tip on the mocha on amazon. I checked it out but it looks like it's a hot drink? Or can you also make it cold? I like my mocha with ice...I put in the blender and it's kinda the texture of a smoothie when it's done. Also can the Click kind be made without added milk? But OMGosh I saw SO many mochas on amazon! Who knew?!! Now I want to try several. They also have one that I always buy when I'm down south and can't get my usual mix and amazon has it in sugar-free!!! I think I will try that as I can't find it here. I like to keep the calories to bout 100 if I can and that includes any milk I add, but can't always. You are so close to that 100# mark, Rosey!! Very proud of you!
So far today all I've done is go to the gym...30 min stretch class, 15 min bike, 20 (increased it 5 min!) treadmill and 3 weight machines for 2 sets of 12 each except I cheated on one and only did 1 1/2 sets. Got tired and dh was ready to go...stopped at CU to make a deposit, got home, did my online budgeting/banking, ordered some shampoo and conditioner online as was able to get 1/2 off some expensive kind that someone on another forum said was really good...I hope it is. And made up my menus and grocery list for week. Responded to a few emails. That's it...no housework done except to put some dishes in the dishwasher. Still hope to get to it. Trying to decide whether to go grocery shopping today or wait til tomorrow...think I may wait. Anyway, that's my day, so far before ending up here.. My dh is even worse than I...he can't seem to get very far from his recliner today...I hate to see him so worn out. He's been a little short of breath recently too...think I'll have to find my stethoscope and listen to his lungs. Ok, I see that he is now outside so maybe he's perking up a little. It's just not like him to be so tired all the time so it worries me.
Zoe - I've thought those Newton Fruit Thins look good too...so they are very small, huh? I'd probably be too tempted to eat the whole package. Better not buy them.
Nancy - Hopefully it is just the heat then causing the swelling. Glad you got the bed to work. I've wanted one of those beds with drawers underneath since seeing my son's. We could really use the drawer space. We have lots of drawers though just have too many clothes! Maybe a better solution would be to get rid of some clothes, you think? A lot of my clothes don't fit anymore, but I keep them just in case I lose....that's not the case with my dh though..he just has a lot of clothes! About the gardinia smell...it's not a filter. We were just buying filters at Home Depot and I found these thingies hanging nearby that have these gel strips which contain the fragrance. You hang them (they provide the S hook) on your filter (inside so doesn't show) and the air flow moves the fragrance around the house. Our house is still smelling good...I love it! I suppose the fragrance will gradually fade and then we'll have to change it. I bought gardenia, vanilla and cinnamon..three of my favorites.
Well I think the glass guy is here to give us a quote so I'd better listen in. You guys have a good day!
Garden tour is over! Sorry I haven't checked in but the whole month of June was taken up by upgrading everything outside. We had crumbling cement borders around some bushes that I took out and replaced. I hurt my lower back doing that, knocked a vertebrae out and I'm still icing it. I have a 30 year old brain/ambition and a 100 year old body. (I'm sure all you gals can relate to that) I'm a doer, can't wait for someone to do it for me and I have no patience. I saw my DH out back hauling some extra wood chips to the shed and he was yelling at an invisible person. When he came into the house I asked him if he was talking to himself, he said...THIS IS THE LAST TIME WE'RE DOING THIS! Oh give me a break, I've done everything myself. He just made sure the yard was mowed, tree branches trimmed and the weed eater jobs. Oh, he did run the tiller thru the vegetable garden a few times. I replaced brick borders across one side of the house, that didn't do my back any good either. I had fun putting annuals into old bird houses, old porcelain pots, etc. I'll try to get out tomorrow and get some pictures. Last time I tried posting pictures, it kept failing to upload on 3FF. I might have to email them to one of you computer geeks and have you post them. Ask me if I'm tired? I'd love to sleep in every day this week but I'm scheduled for chiropractor appointments M-W-F for a few weeks. I've had 9 sessions with the new doc so far, He took my X-rays over to his good friend who's also a chiropractor for a second opinion and both agreed he has his work cut out for him. I probably won't get any relief from these darn migraines for a few weeks more. At least they aren't so intense anymore, just a daily low grade pain most of the time. I'm doing weekly massages too.
Donna...thanks for the email, I had planned on posting tomorrow morning and catching up with everyone's post. That will be my first free day, no trips into town for anything. KarenMo...thanks to you too, I see you called while I was out watering my potted plants. It was windy all day and those pots dry out so fast. I've spend an hour already trying to read the past couple of weeks. My brain won't remember who said what so if you had questions for me...ask again. Marie...I see you asked where I lived in Minnesota, we're about 100 miles south of Minneapolis/St. Paul. We live in the country and shop in Albert Lea, a town south of us. Welcome Danielle and Hedghog.I'm usually a daily poster and a tad nosey. I love to read about all the Golden Girls and what makes them tick. I didn't have time to read all the post but it sounds like the Plum novels are gearing up for the first movie. I think Cherie of The View would make a good Lula? KarenFla...what is going on with you? A return trip to the hospital sounds kind of scary. With Isabella vanishing without a word, it's comforting to know you all care about me and checked up on my where abouts. I really love you Golden Girls. Later Gator
Well Hey Bobbi!! I was just coming over here to let everyone know that I had tried to call you---Glad to see you are here. Gosh, I'm sure you must be exhausted but I can hardly wait to see the pictures! I have decided that I am going to get a small address book and just use it for us Golden Girls!!! I keep what we have right now on the computer but if it should crash----well you all know how bad that would be. So if any of you would like to have your addresses and phone numbers in my 3FC address book you can PM me with the info. Sure would hate losing contact with any more of us!
Well, going to get back to watching the Bachelorette----got to see what is going on with Bently!!!
NCNancy, that leg swelling sounds concerning. Have you asked your dr. about it? BTW, you certainly seem so sad your DSD is in MN. I can feel your sorrow all the way across the USA.
Rie, I so get the gift request feeling. When my DS got married, I wouldn’t give them the addresses for anyone but close family members and that DS knew. I get invitation to showers 1800 miles away. Yeah, I’m going to keep sending gifts… I call it trolling for presents. I have a football obsessiong – the Packers are my team and I’ve had DirecTV for ~16 years. The price of Sunday ticket when I started was 150 a year – now its 330. Add the 86/month for the service no one watches and I don’t like football that much! We get the NFL on Sirius radio so I will learn to listen to the games. Heck, maybe they won’t have a season this year. Lots of dollars saved. I am, though, having a hard time picturing you as a boxing fan. You have such a calm, reassuring presence on this board.
Mary, I like my mochas better than those I can buy at other places. Sometimes I think that’s weird but at least I like my lo-cal versions the best. Only the ‘Bucks Java Chip Frap is something I haven’t figured out and I like it LOTS. You are right, where did June go??? Yes, share about the gardenia filter. I have a plant that blooms about 4 times a year. I love when it does. I inhale their scent like a maniac then trot to my rescue inhaler. I figure breathing ease is overrated when there are pretty flowers in bloom. BTW Mary, since it’s the height of pollen and weed season, could your DH have asthma and that’s why he’s struggling to breath? Does he speak in normal phrasing or is it choppy. That’s my dead giveaway that my asthma is out of control – when I have fragmented speech. And I don’t wheeze so a stethoscope wouldn’t identify my problem. My peak flow meter never lets me fudge it.
It’s too funny we have a group going of former coffee haters obsessing for their homemade mochas. Explaining my coffee kitchen to people who know I hate coffee is interesting. I have a roaster, grind and espresso machine. I have a whole cabinet dedicated to my SF flavorings.
Freda, I am so jealous of your last Bruce concert. Men aren’t the only ones that can enjoy a wet t-shirt. I have a pretty rigid exercise schedule I stick with M,T,W,F,Sa on the elliptical or my bike on the fluid trainer. I hike with dogs 1.5 miles every morning. I don’t call it a walk because I live in the mountains and I go up and down hills (that at one point I needed to multiple breaks). Then I swim in the summer evenings for a ¼ miles and that’s just for fun. It’s the aerobic 5 days a week and 7 days a week hiking that’s my exercise days. One would think I do it for staying in shape and it has nothing to do with weight or losing weight. I’m bipolar and my psychiatrist had said I needed to do 5 things that were non-medicine. One was exercising every day. I started 5 years ago and nearly 4 years ago I was able to get off all meds. So I exercise religiously for my mental health. My “non-exercise” days are my just for fun exercise if I choose. So a bike ride or rollerblade adventure is not exercise to me. It’s just fun. Now you all know I’m a bit nuts in more way than one.
Donna, like you, I get my books through a book club – just an audio one. I’ve belonged to audible.com for about 10 years. I can’t patiently sit and read books anymore. With audio I can do two things at once. My membership is 22.95 for two audio downloads. Why is Granny/Mom that instead of Mom or Granny. I’m sure it was covered pre me joining this thread but I am confused. And I’m guessing she used to be cranky…
Karen31, I hope you had a fun day at your pool. Do you use an automatic vacuum as well as the manual hose one or just the manual one?
KarenFL, LOL at the loopy part of your post. I’m glad to see your posts and the humor is returning just based on the one sentence.
Zoë, your posts always have me laughing. DH looks at me like I’m nuts. I like the 20 mile distance. Twice last year we did 35 mile trips and that was a good 9 miles too long. One of the times I wanted to nap about 4 miles from the Jeep. DH wouldn’t let me and reminded me it had been my idea. Too funny on you being speechless. I don’t think I’d like that state because I love your humor.
Rosey, 3 to go is so AWESOME!!! You are amazing.
Bobbi, Karen31 posted a link to shrinkpictures dot com and it works awesome for getting the jpg to be what works with 3FC. Give that one a try because I’m excited to wee your pictures. Albert Lea is pretty. I mean how many other towns have a freeway going over their humungous lake. I lived in MN for a total (on and off again) of 25 years. Mpls area and Duluth. Brrr.
Like others mentioned that days off are the yuckier weather days, I have Wed and Thur off (use or lose before the new fiscal year on Friday) and it’s supposed to be cold (65 – yuck) and rainy in the desert. The weather statement said “unseasonable wet weather pattern”. Hogwash, it’s that nasty La Nina that won’t blow back out to see. I still have lots of firewood for a toasty fire. I think I’ll get my house up to 85 and wear shorts just because. Marie
Hi everyone.. dh got back from his cabin and as i was getting his dinner together he said he brought me a surprize..i was to look in the cooler..so i did and inside was full to the top with wild roses and other flowers..the bouquet was so huge i finally put them into an old camp coffee pot. see he does have his moments even tho he didnt vacume.. rosey
Bobbi, So good to see you back. Add me to the list that was going to call you. I looked back to find your last post and decided I would give you untill today to post. Yes, we were getting worried. I hope you get some relief from those headaches with this new Dr.
Cindy Gail, Which Wii exercise do you do? I'm looking at the Zumba one but haven't bought it yet. And I do have the hula hoop too and I love using it. I have bought the Neuton thin fruit cookies and I like them a lot. I bought one and i'm going to try the others too. You get 3 for about 130 calories and that is plenty enough to satisify my sweet tooth. My frist ones were the cranberry ones and now i'm going to get the chocolate ones.
Karen3, Hope you are less sore and loopy today! and less every day!
Nancy, Sounds like we're all concerned about the swelling in your legs. There are clinics for people who don't have insurance. I know how much going to a Dr. costs, but I think this could be serious. Call the health department and see what services they have available. I know there is a flyer in my Dr.'s office that has a number to call if you need medical service and don't have insurance.
Rosey, I love the wild flowers in the coffee pot. That is the perfect container for them. And only 3 lb to go? WHOO HOO!
Z, Hope you got some much needed rest and sunshine. I used to crochet and loved it, but I stopped for awhile and now my fingers are so stiff they won't move the way I want them to any more. I'm thinking that If I had continued they wouldn't have gotten so stiff, so keep it up.
Marie, I am a coffee drinker. Love it! I would drink it all day if I didn't watch myself. I do drink 1/2 so I don't get too much caffene. I always have an audio book going too, in the car and for walking. Love them. of course I always have a book going too. I read really fast and it's hard to keep enough books around. And congrats to you and your dr. for trying exercise to control the bipolar. I love dr.'s that will try alternative medicine, you just don't find many that will.
Karen31, How did we do it when we all submitted our address and phone numbers to GG's? I know I have the all written down (don't trust the puter) but can't remember how we got them all.
Mary, we all have lazy days and I think it's just the body's need to rest. If it doesn't happen too often it's fine. if it's happening a lot you might want to get your husband checked out. Although, I agree with Marie, allergies are really bad right now and it takes a lot out of you.
Lynn, Hope you're having fun.
Gayle, I'm saying a prayer for you right now that work is getting better for you.
Make it a good day,
Freda

Good Morning GGs,
The microwave shopping trip went well yesterday. We found one at the second store we went to. Only problem was they didn’t have any in stock, but ordered it, & it’s supposed to be here this weekend. Fortunately, Mom’s old one still works (just getting weaker), so she didn’t mind that too much. And, she was glad to find one we both liked, that quickly. It was getting hot, & those appliance stores are pretty big, so she was already a little tired & ready to go home. Donna, you mentioned your mom is “cranky”? Well, the word for mine is more like “b***hy”! She didn’t make any “scenes” while we were in the stores, mainly because I’ve let her know I’ll refuse to go anywhere with her unless she “behaves” herself. That sounds sort of mean, but I had to grow up with her screaming & yelling fits! And, she refuses to even try to give up smoking. I was telling her about your Granny/Mom & the vitamin D, & mentioned you thought she was healthier since quitting smoking, & got glared at. So I dropped the subject - quickly! And said it was time for me to go home.
Zoe, & Marie, about doctors - it’s going to take a lot more than swollen legs to get me to one. Part of it is the money - since I own rental property, & aside from SO, that’s my only income, I worry that running up high medical bills could cause me to lose it. But the main thing is - I DO NOT TRUST DOCTORS! When I was 15 yrs. old, my father, who was only 32, went into the hospital for surgery for gall stones. For a week following the surgery, he lay there in the hospital insisting he was in pain. The nurses & drs. didn’t believe him, & acted like he was just being a “baby”, just about couldn’t even get them to come to his room. After six days of him lying there suffering, they FINALLY realized something was wrong & put him in intensive care, but it was too late, & he died a couple of hours later. Now, I can accept that mistakes can be made, & perhaps he would have died no matter what was done. What I can’t get over, is the fact that he was in a hospital, surrounded by “medical professionals”, & no one would even believe he was hurting, or do anything to help him, until it was too late! Ok, thinking about all that still really upsets me, even after all these years! And, as I started typing this I realized, that’s the same hospital (well, sorta, it’s changed & grown a lot) that our KarenFL might have been in! Glad I didn’t think of that before! But then, it’s also the hospital where I was born. My sister too. So, not all bad.
Donna, you know we don’t allow that “big as a house” kind of talk! I’ve been thinking how good you look in your Facebook pics, & being glad you live so far away, because I’d worry about you & SO meeting -you know what they say about love & hate! (I’m not making this up - I really did think about that! I can hear you laughing, but you never know…..!)
KarenMO, glad you’re getting to enjoy your pool. I like your attitude about selling your house. A lot less stress thinking that way.
KarenFL, you just concentrate on getting better! Glad you're letting us know you're checking in.
Rosey, you’re getting soooo close to that 100 lb. mark! Yay! And, your DH is so sweet - those flowers sure show he’s always thinking about you, even when he's away.!
Mary, thanks for the info on the fragrance strips - I’ll be looking for them. And, I also have a problem with having too many clothes, but all of mine fit, & I keep buying more! I can’t seem to stop. I guess it’s because I’ve never been a “normal” size before. But, it’s just got to stop! Somehow!
Hi! Cindy Gail. I always have one big pig-out meal every week, but it hasn't interfered with my weight loss, as long as I get right back OP afterwards. Don't think I would have made it this far without it. Good luck.
So Marie, you picked up on how “sad” I am to have my DSD gone for 11 days did you?! Wait til August when she heads back to college! I’ll be so “sad” I’ll probably be dancing in the streets! Shame on me! She’s really not that bad. Did I mention, before she left, she took her dad & me out for lunch on Father’s Day? And she paid! That was a big surprise. She’s hardly ever even bought her dad a gift before. Usually, her brother would buy him a present, & she’d convince him to say it was from her too. Maybe she’s growing up a little.
Bobbi, so glad you’re finished with your garden tour, & will have time to come back & visit with us more. I’m looking forward to the pics.
Been here more than two hours again! But, no leg swelling! Got to go. Hey! to all you other GGs. NCNancy
Freda,
We must have been posting at the same time. I guess you can see how I feel about going to the dr. in my post. And, of course I don't think everyone in the medical profession is bad! I know a lot of you are, or have been, nurses. And, my sister's an RN. It's just that I'm going to have to be practically "at death's door" before I go to a dr. I'm a firm believer in positive thinking & the body's ability to heal itself. But, thanks for your concern.
And, I think I forgot to thank all the other GGs that expressed concern. Thank you, but you'll have to accept, like my family & other friends have, that I'm stubborn on this dr. thing!
Quick check-in today... KarenMO – my friend swears by the St. Joseph statue in the garden, to sell a house. They used it, in a very tough market, sold within two weeks, and are taking the statue with them to the new house, just in case! Apparently, there’s an actual “kit” available at Catholic supply stores. My cynical-o-meter is spewing off into orbit, but what do I know??????? Your attitude of “whatever happens” is probably a good one!
KarenFL – I hope you start feeling “normal” again soon… loopy and sore isn’t a good combination! Good thoughts abound…….
I am amazed and AGOG that anyone can eat Newton Fruit Thins and not devour the entire box! I agree with PT/Zoe that they’re too small for a snack (haha). My shut off switch is faulty! I LOVE Newton Fig Bars!
Rosey – once again, that husband of yours came through… I love the flowers and the story!
Bobbi – so glad to hear from you! So sorry about your back and those pesky migraines, though. I know you’re normally fully capable of smacking your DH on the side of the head, but since you’re kind of laid up… do you need our help? They do severely over-estimate lengths, don’t they?... of work done and other things. I’m anxious to see your pretty pictures of your flowers!
Marie – we’ve called my mother “Granny” forever, everyone does. When I started to refer to her here, it sounded like I was talking about my grandmother and not my mother, so that’s why I use Granny/Mom. Just like PT confused people, and so that’s why I do PT/Zoe (she’s my psychic twinnie!).
Nancy – good to see a long post from you. Of course, we figured you were prostrate with distress over your DSD’s short absence! I agree with you about doctors, insofar as not “doing doctors”… I figure if I’m not bleeding and no bones are poking through, I’ll either get over it or not. The only reason I went to the doc with the shingles is because I thought they were spider bites getting infected, and they were too close to my brain. I was afeered that I might lose my mind! Your SO is safe. I’m so very gracious and charming in person, and I’d be blessing his little heart constantly…
Lynn - glad you’re back, too!
Freda – you’re always so calm! I like your posts!
Gotta run……… Rie, Lyn, Mary, Everyone, Anyone… have a lovely day!!
I got in a 30 minute workout this morning. I am appalled at how difficult it is to return to a normal routine. Of course, nothing like Karenfl is going through so I will stop whining! If I add 5 mins every day, I will be back at my normal by the end of the week.
Donna, you are so funny. I love the Granny/Mom reference. BTW, a long time ago, my dad used to say to my boys, "What's that ole mean granny doing". Ultimately, they adopted that as her name. They had both grandmas and both great grands while they were growing up and they needed differentiating names. LOL My gs calls here ole mean granny now. She seems to have adopted it as an endearment. I'm pretty sure that she is the one who taught him. I like to watch sales clerks get appalled when they realize what he is calling her. It cracks me up. But then, I have a strange sense of humor
Welcome back, Lynn. I look forward to hearing about your trip.
Nancy, dear heart, I am so sorry about the painful memory about your dad. What an unfortunate tragedy. There was a really interesting article on MSNBC yesterday about caregivers who commit medical errors. I come from a long line of farmers and rural people who only went to the dr in an emergency so I understand how you feel in general. I won't bug you about seeing a doctor. Please understand, though, that people worry about you. Before you know it, august will be here and you will have your house all to yourself!
Freda, I also love your posts. You bring us such calm reason and simple support. I always look forward to seeing your avatar.
Rosey, what a sweet guy! They are beautiful and I love the coffee pot as a vase. It is the perfect vessel.
Marie, yup. I love boxing. A few years ago I scared my daughter in law. She was downstairs ( I forgot) and I was making a lot of noise. Drumming my feet on the floor, hollering at the tv, jumpin in and out of my seat. (hows that for a mental image) She came charging into the living room asking "What's wrong!!!!?" I barely glanced at her, saying, "oh, this guy is a bum! I can't believe that he gets so much money to take a dive!" She quietly walked away from me. My son explained it to her later. You are right, though, in general, I am calm and fairly quiet. I think the boxing fan is my alter ego - the same one who loved racing cars
Karen31, thanks for collecting the addresses.
Bobbi, I am sorry about your headaches and I hope you get some relief. I think the inability to accurately assess their contribution to chores and their ability to feel burdened is a testosterone side effect. You showed admirable restraint.
Mary, I have used those furnace filter things in the past and I really enjoyed them. Currently, I have a passion for Scentsy. I can change the wax whenever I want. My current scent is toasted apple butter. It is wonderful. My friend is a dealer and I have book parties about 3 times a year. I get most of my stuff free. I have stopped using regular candles because I always worry about fire danger.
Zoe, I hope that you got to enjoy the sun yesterday. I totally agree with you and Donna - the cookies are to darn small for a serving. They have a lot of carbs and those three little rounds simply make me want more! God bless Cindy and Freda for their moderation.
Cindy, good job on the workout. I hope you are enjoying this group.
