Hi everyone ... I'm new to being 40 and I'm new here. Hope it's ok to weigh in here.

I've lost a kilo since I started last week - so feeling good.

It's also feels good to get moving in the right direction again.

Stuck at 159.

Friday, craving ice cream and husband only too willing to indulge with me. Saturday, movie popcorn. Sunday,wine and cake with a few good friends. At least I'm not gaining. The weather means I'll be hitting the fitness club machines, bleck!

I was sooo nervous about weigh in that I didn't do it for 20 days. I wish I hadn't. No cheating. Doing everything by the book.

35 pound gain.

I never want to weigh myself again and I probably won't.

SciFi., something is def. wrong, either with your initial weigh-in or your latest one. A 35 lb. gain would mean none of your clothes would fit..is that the case? I mean when I gain 5 or 10 I have trouble - at 35 you wouldn't even be able to get your pants up. Try to invest in a scale or find somewhere you can weigh in on a more regular basis(friend's house, gym, etc) and start tracking. Please don't give up!!!

I have been working the 30 Day Shred and my weight has stayed the same. I took a 2 day break from the routine and dropped 2 pounds down to 151.6. Of course I want to be fit but I like seeing the scale move. If I add a cardio workout in addition to the shred do you think the scale will move?
