Hey Everyone!
I've been trying to lose 20lbs for some time now and am having no luck. I only have myself to blame. Whenever I get down 10lbs, I sabotage myself and gain it all back in a week. Does this happen to anyone else? I'm hoping that by joining this message board, and having to be accountable to someone, it will help me get where I want to be. I've thought about joining WW just for the meetings but I know I am capable of doing it on my own without having to pay a bunch of money. I just need to be accountable! So, if anyone out there wants to be my accountability buddy, let me know! |

Scale was up last few days at 161 due to TOM. Today I am at 159 and trying to shed the rest of the TOM bloat. Calorie intake has been good this week despite many cravings.
