Actually, I'm a bit disappointed but not surprised. I haven't been as careful lately with cooking for example, too busy getting the kids ready for school. Today I will go shopping and stock up on yummy lo-cal things and hopefully we'll see another *whoosh*. I've also ordered a protein supplement. I've been feeling a bit weak lately, and since I'm vegi (and my entire family hates beans, the fools) I thought I'd try it and see if it helps. I've been exercising like a good girl. Okay, off to do squats :carrot: |
I'll be jumping in here if it's ok. I'm 41 and lost 70 pounds 2-3 years ago, but stress and deciding to homeschool my oldest have made my diet choices less than perfect which means I now need to relose almost 40 pounds. If I'm honest though, I will be happy just to relose 30. I was so much more comfortable at that weight. I'm back to planning meals and will be counting calories again and need a good place to log my weigh-ins. I'll start Friday :)

Coming off of a vacation and also trying to get my hormones balanced by adjusting to taking progesterone 2 weeks per month - I have heard it causes initial weight gain, but if you stick with it things balance out. Most women quit early on because of the weight gain, but I am going to tough it out unless the scale goes up too much and I see no improvement in PMS (which is why I am taking it)

I work nights, and I had my schedule changed so that I close late Monday nights. I sometimes don't get a chance to eat while at work. The last two Monday nights I have eaten a good chunk of my daily calories at like midnight, and then had to weigh in at 6am -.- Good luck everyone! |
I had a 5 lb loss this week after staying the same last week. I'm proud of myself that I stayed the course and didn't panic over the stall and I believe it shows with a good loss this week. :)
