Thanks junem, I was sick with what turned into bronchitis for exactly the entire month of February. I am feeling motivated again, so I hope to get back on track and wipe out that plateau. :crazy:

Down 1.2 but really only down a total of .4 because the rest was a gain from the previous week. Mini goal is to be down another .8 which will put me at my lowest weight in 2012 which was about a year ago. This time I'm going to keep going after meeting that goal!!!

Going in the right direction slowly but surely. I've kept to the plan really well this week, but I've also allowed myself one or two treats. I'm really pleased that the "a little of what you fancy" plan is working.

Bindibop, I'm glad to hear you're back on track. It's so hard to get motivated again after being sick for a while.

LuvCats I bet it feels great to get to that lowest weight and start breaking new ground. I managed to get to 136 in 2008, but slowly my weight crept back up again. This feels like I'm just working to get to my starting point again.

I finally broke by platearu and weighed in at 186 this morning. The lady at MRC was as surprised as me I think. I have 21 lbs to go to reach my goal weight.

I have to weigh myself daily as my weight can vary depending on how much fluid I'm retaining...so I just try to look at the lowest number for each month to try and get an estimate as to how much I weigh. Last time it was 210.5 lbs, so am figuring that to be my start weight.

trukmek, I weigh myself daily too. I'm still breastfeeding, so my weight can vary 3-4lbs in a day depending on whether little man has just nursed or really needs to. What I do is keep note of each low and high number -- if I'm on plan the lows continue getting lower while the highs drop down. Today's high number was my goal weight for the end of February, which tells me I'm going in the right direction. :carrot:

junem, I'm glad you're feeling more yourself. You'll beat that ice-cream hangover in no time!

I'm completely shocked as I lost 7# this time. Amazing! Up to just over 22# loss so far. I even weighed 3x to confirm and two matched... one (the first time) was actually lower.

Wow this is slow. I averaged 1350 calories a day, ran 10 miles, did 100 minutes of stairclimbing, and 70 min on the elliptical for .4 lbs. Le sigh.

The good news...I've lost almost all of the fluid I was retaining (like a gallon's worth!) AND I weigh as much today as when I started on here! I can't wait to see what the scale reads in a few more days.

Thanks! Don't be too impressed it was a VLCD (which I have now been off for two days so expect a gain this week as my muscles etc regain the glycogen and water). Definitely time to enjoy real food and move of from that!

WOW! You gals are all doing great.

I was down to 181.5 on the new scales this morning. I will weigh at the docs in a little while, of course that will be dressed and after lunch, but I will see how close they are. I hope my scales are real close to accurate as that would mean I lost the 3 lb gain from last week plus some. I am getting closer to reaching my goal of getting into the 170's.
