Hey all!!! I'm happy today...finally under the 140 mark (again) but this time I'm going to keep on going...no more back and forth fluctuations.....I doln't want to speak to soon but I feel like I have a good grip on my low carbing this time.....lets see if I can get CLOSE to goal by V-day....:dizzy:

BAMA: AWESOME work girlfriend!!!!!!

NAT: I had my class doing lunges last night......hurts so good.

DCAP: I'll bet money that I won't be meeting my goal either, but we can still accomplish a lot in this challenge and then we can keep going to the next challenge....it's all good!!!:smug:

I'm MUCH better today, sleep back on track, I hate working overnights . . . UGH!!!

Today: BL, Last chance workout, 100 push-ups, 300 crunches, Zumba 20 minute Express workout . . . Oh yea!!!


Everyone hang in there, I'm off to the shower and then to work . . .

Day 40, Mission Accomplished. 45 minutes kickboxing, 100 pusuhps, have sports league tonite for an additional 1.5 hrs of powerball, game on! :) Gonna dbl up my protein at lunch now so I can continue to power thru tonight & I will be showing off the pipes in a form fitted tank! :)

Awesome 100 pushups Madame B & look at all those cups of buddah that smiley is a drinkin' ..... - EWE cholesterol city!

Good morning my Valentine Challenge Chicas!!

I"m down a lil' mo'....whew! Feel like I"m finally swimming upstream a bit better.........More protein, more vegetables, more water. It is making a big difference.

Just want to wish you all a happy day!!!

So great to hear everyone is doing so well with only days to go - YAY!!!

As for me, I did get sick and have been down and out with a head cold. Haven't exercised in a week and finally am taking time off of work since I can't stop coughing and am probably losing my voice. The guilt is killing me so this Monday will definintely be a big surprise for me when I step back on the scale.

Looks like I will have to set a new goal of mid-March just before I head to Cuba for some sun and fun...and hopefully fit into that bikini I bought at xmas!

dcap: I understand not wanting to go out . . . yesterday the high here was like 3 with wind chills in the -20's, UGH . . . hopefully warmer weather this weekend . . . :crossed:

evil: I know you're doin that workout as I type this . . . YOU ROCK WOMAN!! YUP I love my cups o BUTT-er, should be adding one more on Sunday, I HOPE!!

Today: JM 30-day shred(Level 2, 5 lb weights) 105 push-ups, 300 crunches and ZUMBA Flat Abs. . .

Day 41- 1 hr bike- pedaling my @ss off & literally going nowhere's! :) 100 pushups & weights

Zumba- looks like your almost 1/2 way to goalio, push it forth girl & you will have made plenty of PROGRESS!! :)

Feel better otown & dont beat yourself up, your doing well despite feeling like crapola, you'll reach that final destination just keep at it! :)

Madame, you are rockin it & I am sure more buddah will be gone!

Hope your having fun river & where you at bam & dcap- Hopefully your both busy getting your groove on.

The end is near chickadees... I see the light! :)

Hey Chicks! Crazy days at work. We (Orlando) are hosting the company conference so 3000+ are coming into town and we are running like chickens. I have been hitting the Wii for 1hr workouts and sticking with the WW.
Go Madam, keep meltin that butta!
Otown-gotta get rid of the crud first then get back on the regime. Get Well soon girl.
Zumba-woohoo..knew you would find your groove again.
Evil- I'm still here and still pushing.

Up .6 this week.

Kind of depressing - looks like I need to keep my calories really low to maintain a lb/week loss. I averaged 1600 this week - previous weeks it was closer to 1300. I've added running and spinning once a week each to try to shake things up, but it hasn't been enough. Will drop my calories back down for next week and focus a bit more on protein - egg whites instead of oatmeal, grilled chicken salad instead of ww pasta.

bama, you're doing great!


evil, I have plans! DH and I are staying in the city overnight, seeing a Broadway show and going to dinner. Really looking forward to it.How about you?

madamb, great job w/ teh exercise - wow!

Bama..Hang in there chickie...What hotel is the convention at?

Natamars...don't stress that .6....c'mon now, if you took a good dump you'd probably crap that right out....its not even a lb.....

Otown..give your body the rest that it needs...I do NOT believe in working out when sick. The body is taxed enough at that time. When people show up sick to my classes I get annoyed...for one, why are you contaminating my room and spreading your germs..and second: why are you abusing your body like that. The rule technically is if the congestion is below your neck not to work out but its okay if its just a head cold...I say bull dinky to that. Sick is sick is sick. Rest and love yourself. Exercise and diet isn't going anywhere, it's something we have to do for the rest of our lives. You know, the whole lifestyle thing....


Well I thought I was going to have some major whoosh today but no such thing...not sure why except that maybe I had too much sodium yesterday? I truly kept to the Atkins letter.....sigh****** I remember this being a lot easier last time I did it. But still, the number is going down ever so slowly and my jeans don't hurt today..that's a step in the right direction. I'ts always a good thing when your jeans aren't leaving a stitching pattern on your hips..bahhahahahahaaha...

Evil, you asked about valentines day...it falls on a monday so its just another work day....but I plan on baking something special for my boyz...and making a nice dinner. We'll even eat in the dining room (GASP!)...:dizzy:

Day 42, 1 hr treadmill, 1/2 hr backwards, 1/2 hr forward all on incline, 100 pushups, weights

My VD plans are dinner at home & then out to a movie with the hubster! Chick flick of course! ;)

Have a great on plan kind of weekend chicka's, so you can all be close to goalio & I know a few of you will even surpass your goalio come VD day! :) Full throttle ahead, FOCUS. I am happy with how my strength has come full circle again & am well on my way to my pipe worthy self! :) Yahoo.... Over & out & have a great wknd! ~ Wendalyn

I MADE GOAL!!!!!

I wooshed this morning - 249!!!! I can't believe it - right in time for our birthday and the END of the six week challenge!!!

Well tomorrow is my last weigh in for this challenge I already did my 10 lbs but now am hoping for under 170 . . . and I am having mixed emotions . . . this was my first challenge here and I really didn't know where to set my goals . . . All of you have helped and inspired me to get back to where I need to be and I :thanks: for that. I know I will see some of you in other challenges and on the boards posting here and there . . . I wish you all the best of luck . . . just remember what evil said: Work for the body you WANT NOT the body you have . . . :val1:
