Evil: you will be missed!!

Well ladies, here we are: Valentines Day!!!!!

I'm so grateful to you all for participating and hanging in there. I feel like I've come to know you all so well...I'm sad that this is the end....:((((

I had a rough time during this challenge and learned a lot ....lost HALF the weight that I wanted to lose but will keep trying. I'm happy to say goodbye to those five lbs and certain didn't need them....

SO...WHO is up for St Patrick's Day challenge? LOL

natamars 02-14-2011 08:33 AM

Scale was at 136.2 this morning, so I was down 4.8 for the challenge. I didn't meet my goal, but I feel pretty good about the work I put in during the 6 weeks. I jogged 2.5 miles continuously yesterday, so I also feel good about the 5K I'm signed up for in April.

I was on this thread every day in those 6 weeks and I feel it helped me tremendously with sticking to my plan. Thanks so much, zumbachica, for starting this! And you should feel great about the 5 you're down - you worked hard for them. Here's hoping that for both of us the next 5 are easier!

I am so ready for a St. Patrick's Day challenge. The weather is warming up here - they're talking maybe 60 by the end of the week, and I want my spring clothes to fit. So bring it on!

dcapulet 02-14-2011 03:35 PM

Natamars - Start a St. Paddy's Challenge!! I'll be there!

or... come in for a little longer http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/chic...challenge.html

Zumbachica 02-14-2011 03:58 PM

Okay Let's do it...

St Patrick's Challenge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will start the thread tonight or tomorrow!!!

Everyone enjoy the rest of this day!!

MadamButterfly 02-15-2011 11:29 AM

Oh bama, came back to see your final weigh in . . . maybe you are there now . . . :crossed: will check back later this evening . . .GOOD LUCK!!

Bamagurl 02-15-2011 08:52 PM

Well thank you Madam but I am NOT doing a Happy Dance today. I weighed in 3lbs up. I guess that TOM and the valentines dinner (sushi, beer and choco covered strawberries) caught up with me. I worked really hard last week but the scales did not go down. I will keep on chuggin though.
I finished the challenge with 8lbs down. I will take that.
I will be looking for the St Patty's challenge. This really helped me stay focused. Good work Ladies!

I have posted the St. Patty's thread...jump on chicks!

MadamButterfly 02-16-2011 08:19 AM

Don't worry Bama; the scales will head in the right direction, just keep at it!!

Zumbachica 02-16-2011 08:20 AM

Okay this link has officially closed.....let's look towards the future and all get our groove on in the St Patrick's challenge that Bama has started!! I had my two days of eating, drinking, eating some more...happy birthday to me!!!! now it's back to work!!!
