Madambutterfly...a woman that lost over 100 lbs once told me that weight loss was a LONG road and there were many bumps a long the way..many times she had to "start over"....if you see the scale up don't panic and go with your pattern, like you said that means you will have a drop in a few days!!

1300 calories today - trying not to eat any more. I did blow off the gym - slept very badly last night and kept waking up with a headcahe, so I decided to shower and go to bed early tonight. I did play in the snow with my son for a while. My scale has been stuck the last 3 days - would love to see a drop before Friday.

I had a headache for 3 days when I changed my eating habits again, added xtra water to my diet helped alot. Just a thought :)

Zumba: Not in a panic, actually happy the scale went up, as I know the drop is just days away . . . when I bought the scale (3 weeks ago) I knew I would weigh myself often and had to make sure that my head was in a place that would make the daily and weekly fluctuations OK . . . I'm good!!

Otown : I don't know if you got in your nap, but just in case I took one for you . . . hehe . . . I know if I'm toooooooo tired I will EATand EAT and EAT . . . not a good thing, I always give into the nap or going to bed early

nata: hmmmmmmmm, must be headache week . . . hope it goes away and you get a good night's sleep

I'm going to bed early too as I have to get up at 6am . . . but at least I'm off tomorrow evening . . .

Thanks so much for your kind words! I'm glad I could share something that could help others - and it's nice to know I'm not crazy or alone in my thoughts.

This post right here is my 1,000th post. After reading all the nice comments, I had to "give" it to this thread. Corny, sure, but that's me :)

Thanks for the nap, Madam...I never got one in as after leaving work I had a few errands which helped to perk me up.

I did workout as soon as I got home...ate dinner, watched some mindless television (as I lay here in bed typing this), waiting for the start time of the movie behind my eyelids to begin! Being so tired I was so glad that I was on the 10th day of L1 of my workout with Jillian's dvd that I didn't feel like it was killing me but just a good workout. That will change tomorrow I'm sure.

I am not going to work late tomorrow, but come home, workout, maybe nap, then do some other work that has been piling up.

Dizzybizzy5 mentioned something about a weigh in...are we up for it? How much butter have we lost together? ;)

Good Morning Ladies! Feeling yesterday's wii Zumba this morning in my calves..ooouch! Started the WW eating plan and enjoyed everything I ate yesterday. My honey loved the garden veggie soup.

Hi ladies-
13 days DONE! Wowsa tomorrow means only 1 more month & then this challenge is HISTORY! I'm feeling my strength returning which is an awesome feeling after not being able to use my arm muscles to this degree in a long while without re-injury right now for almost 2 weeks is a great feeling! :) Lastnight my arms got pretty beat up with all the hard hits I sustained playing volleyball, so today I decided to ease on up my pushups a tad & I stopped at 50 being my arm has bruises from lastnight, also did some kickboxing today using my leggies & jabs & punches. So,,, any of you beasts wanna go a few rounds with me??? :)

Bama- way to feel the burn & good having yummy eats stocked.

DC thats a whole lotta chatta- 1000 posts! ;)

Madame & Barb how are the pushups going?

Isn't it great to feel muscles at work that had been out of commission :)

After spraining my ankle last summer in a soccer game, it took 4 months before I felt 100% again so kudos to you evilwoman for being able to pound out those pushups...and hit that vb!

L2 with jillian's shred was a reminder of how much pain and muscle it takes to lift those weights...only 9 more days of blood and sweat before moving on to the tears that L3 will force out of me :(

I think I'm going to meet my wii goal that I programmed to lose 2 kgs in two weeks which is exciting...we'll find out on Monday!

First week into the challenge and I was down .8 lbs. Kind of disappointing, since I thought I had a good week. My calories averaged about 1350/day, and I went to the gym 5 times. Even did a spin class and some running, which I hadn't done in a while. Hoping for 2 lbs. next week.

Good morning Chickadees! I had a great day yesterday. I got in my Wii BLC workout and the Zumba before work @2pm. Even though work was crazy after coming back from 2 days off I stayed within my WW points and felt full and satisfied. This morning I did the Wii BLC workout. I like the fact that I chose not to set my workout routines and it is a total surprise when I turn it on. Today it was 45 of yoga which after Zumba 2 days in a row my legs needed to stretch.

Natamars- hang in there girl..next week will be your week! Sounds like you really put some work into this week and it will pay off for you.

Evil- I would really like to find a volleyball league to play for here but I have yet to find one. I so enjoyed playing in high school.

Well ladies gotta get ready for work and pack my lunch and snacks.

Morning all;

You all inspire me SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much. No I didn't do the push ups, but I'm up to 18 each round of the 30DS. I didn't workout at all yesterday, so I made up for it today . . . I did 30 DS Level 1, then my curiosity got the best of me and I did the 30 DS Level 2, after about a 5 min break. OH MY GOODNESS!!! I am still sweating . . . (and melting a BUNCH o BUTTER)

GO Bama, Otown, Evilwoman and all the rest, you all inspire me

Nata: no worries, it WILL melt away . . .

Everyone have a good day . . . I need a shower !!!!!!!!!!!! LOLOLOL
