I own a digital scale and I think those are the most accurate, so I'd invest in one of those. They are pretty reasonable at Target or Walmart.
|
I too own a digital scale. It's made by Weight Watchers and always matches my Dr's. It only cost me a little over $20.
|
We just bought a WW digital scale for work and it is great. Weighs the same every time and about the same as the ones at WW. It was about $40 at Walmart.
|
Thanks everyone for the scales information. I think i'll get some digital ones like you suggested! :) Wal-Mart here I come!!
I really need to find out IF I have lost any weight at all! Michele |

Thank for the message :) will be back tomorrow to chat. It is almost 3am and I still don't have this system done lol. |
Morning all,
I am feeling so on top of my game, going strong eating and exercising. Yesterday I worked out for 1.5 hrs and weightlifted and then I played in my sports league lastnight for an additional hr of intense activity, love being so active, helps keep the pounds at bay. Today I am going to try a different breakfast and I will give it my review after I make it and eat it, incase it is worthy of sharing with you guys, I will post again soon with the taste factor and give it my thumbs up or thumbs down. Have a great healthy eating and exercising kind of day everybody. |
I liked my new recipe and it was quick and easy. I suppose it is sorta like a pancake, I just made the recipe up. Take 1 banana and mash it up, then add 3 egg whites, break up a piece of whole wheat bread and toss it in, then I added about 75 calories worth of old fashioned dry oatmeal, stir and add cinnamon and a bit of vanilla, stir again. Put this mixture into a Pam sprayed pan and cook for a while and then flip over and cook otherside. Drizzle with a bit of agave nectar (I use this because I can't use artificial sweeteners) and eat and enjoy. I ate a few almonds with it for a good fat and also an orange and my tea, all for under 400 calories. It was a biggie a thick and hearty pancake that will hold me until way past lunch and give me energy to do my workout now, hi ho hi ho its off to workout I go!
