Hello I really want to join you guys. I am 307 right now but i have seen 304 once I have been trying to get out of the 300's in what feels like forever! I have recently upped my exercise, so I hope that helps. Good Luck to all of you

Didn't figure that I would be making this post today. I WI daily, and yesterday I was 301.8. WI today brought tears to my eyes...299.2!!!!!!!! I thought it would be a couple days before I crossed that point!!!
