  • Silent - that is so funny, last night I was sitting on my couch thinking, "Where is this energy everyone says you get from exercising?" LOL

    I know my body is just working hard, and when I'm not hauling around soooo much extra weight I'm sure it will be better. I like knowing I'm on plan.

    How'd you do with those stupid cupcakes??
  • Hi everyone

    I have the same problem with the energy lows when I work out, but I also noticed that on days that I lift weights (I workout in the evenings) the next morning my energy levels seem to perk up. I am not sure why

    The scale isn't budging tho despite my efforts of trying to keep my calories and carbs in check, but I feel stronger sooo in a nutshell I feel a.....

    Okay, this WILL be my week ... I am DETERMINED!!! I had a big hiccup two weeks ago, got almost all that behind me, and Friday will be my day!!! I CAN do this ... I WILL do this!!!

  • Well, as cliche as it sounds, muscle weighs more than fat and once you get your muscle on, the fat will melt. So you are doing great!
  • Morning girls, hope you are all having a fab weekend, I thankfully got a nice weekend sleep in. That's good I LOVE sleep. Most people think its a waste of time and a necessary evil but I love it. I get that there are mroe "important" things I could be doing but I enjoy them more when I have had more sleep.

    Workout ws okay yesterday I felt like I was half-assed in some of it. (I can't do dips I am getting more and more frustrated with that... I'm on a mission to find some mods that I CAN do because this is ridiculous...

    I feel like I must be "lazy" because I can't do body weight excercises but part of me, I really have to wonder if they're actually harder for someone my weight/height to do. I have a thin friend who swears that the Pushups problems are totally height related, she says she struggles with them too and she's tall (but thin) . I cant seem to do even a single "Dip" either though its really maddening because I want to be a part of the class and do at least some modified version of everything. Just my vent for the day, I'll let it go and move on i need to go for a walk or something its very nice and sunny out from the looks of things out the window.
  • I did some cooking and I've realized I'm going to just keep doing wht I've been doing. Subbing in Triceps Extensions with the bars when I can't do the dips. Keep working on the pushups. When I MASTER the pushup then maybe I can obsess about the dips. Thats how I feel now after I've eaten I think I was cranky my last meal was a single chicken breast (i really needed to grocery shop.. at around 7pm last night... with nothing but a little hot sauce to give it kick. ~L~ i feel much less cranky now that I've eaten a full meal.

    I was doing pretty well until my birthday came last week and everything just went crazy. The day before my birthday I ate way too many things I shouldn't have, and then on my birthday I was so depressed about it, I binged! Although I
    was sick, bloated, frustrated and up 6 pounds, I got back on track and got back down to 307 which is where I have been sitting for the past 2 months, but I'm just glad I didn't stay at 313. I am going to keep trying for that 299 mark!!!!
  • Ladies, I keep jumping on the scale, and it keeps adjusting but it said 300 once and 298 twice, so I'm gonna go ahead and say that I'm out of the 300s! WOOT WOOT!
