Morning girls, hope you are all having a fab weekend, I thankfully got a nice weekend sleep in. That's good I LOVE sleep. Most people think its a waste of time and a necessary evil but I love it. I get that there are mroe "important" things I could be doing but I enjoy them more when I have had more sleep.
Workout ws okay yesterday I felt like I was half-assed in some of it. (I can't do dips I am getting more and more frustrated with that... I'm on a mission to find some mods that I CAN do because this is ridiculous...
I feel like I must be "lazy" because I can't do body weight excercises but part of me, I really have to wonder if they're actually harder for someone my weight/height to do. I have a thin friend who swears that the Pushups problems are totally height related, she says she struggles with them too and she's tall (but thin) . I cant seem to do even a single "Dip" either though its really maddening because I want to be a part of the class and do at least some modified version of everything. Just my vent for the day, I'll let it go and move on i need to go for a walk or something its very nice and sunny out from the looks of things out the window.
