I am almost there, the WII has me at one pound heavier than what is says on my ticker. So just three more pounds and I am in the 290s I can't wait.

Well here it is two days before thanksgiving and I am down in the dumps. All I want to do is bury myself in choclate cake and choclate milk. It saddens me that I had to quit my job because of an abusive person. What I thought were friendships seem to have ended with my time there. So sad. I have no friends in Ohio all my friends live back in Maryland and Delaware and PA. I am afraid that my feeling this way is going to resort to comsumption of food and not just alittle I am talking mass quanities. All I want to do is cry. But I am determined to have a weight loss this week so I am trying to keep my head held high and my eye on the ball.

Hi Lynnie,

Financially that sucks but you can you focus on the positive that you have more time to excercise and cook healthful meals in the mean time while you are looking for a new job?

Wish I could make it better, I don't cope well with stress but hoping some supportive words can help you make it through it a little easier.

Feeling Super FAT today even though I'm (comfortably) wearing some 22's I bought. I don't know what's up with that. Busy weekend I might miss my workout today because of so many other comitments (even with taking the afternoon off work).

I'm tracking my calories and it is curbing SOME of my urges to overeat knowing just how many Calories are in some of those things. And that it will put me way over my limit but still not being as strict as I want to be.

we all have days like that. Are you watching your sodium intake as well? that is a big contributor to feeling the way you are or at least that may be the case like for me. hope you feel better and thanks for the encouraging words.

Hi,
I am new. I don't know how to keep track of my posts, but I weigh about 300-320lbs. I am unable to exercise due to complications from my previous pregnancy. So, please, how can I lose 160lbs if I can't exercise???

I am doing by calorie counting. You could give that a try.
