30 minutes "walk it out" time...

Well although I didn't post daily here in the exercise thread I did set a goal for myself and kept a running total on my computer. So my March exercise minutes are...
1050 missed my goal by 150 (stupid upper resp. infection) 1050 + 5850 = 6900 |
10 mins of arm curls and arm lifts
5 mins of behind the head weight lifts 5 mins of pushups 6900 + 20= 6920 |
40 minutes stepping while reading... research really should be good for weight loss, if I can only find time to read more often. I'm not quite going to make my goal this month, but I'm feeling really good about setting the same goal for April.

I managed to leave my t-shirt out of my gym bag Tuesday so I missed my gym time (had somewhere I had to be later). Still I got there yesterday and today. I didn't quite make it, but I was close. I am ok with that for my first several weeks getting back into the groove of things. :)

15 minutes strength training. Guess I could make my goal after all if I make myself do a half hour of yoga.
